We need extra hands for our filming over the next couple of weeks. All filming will be done at our studios in Mountain View, CA.

PA Duties Includes but not limited to:

Production Runs (w/production vehicle)
Supporting Crew with Setup and Tear Down
Supporting Art Team with Setup and Tear Down

Est Time Frame
Thursday: 2 PM - 11:30 PM
Friday: 10 AM - 10 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM

Thunder Child is staffing an event that combines the best of makers and creators. Guests will be able to explore interactive exhibits, get an up-close look at maker technology, and attend talks, panels, and small workshops with top creators. Our team members will support the Client team in ticketing/check-in, merchandise sales, event flow etc. to ensure guests have a great experience.

Describe Work Environment:
Event will be hosted in Daly City next to San Francisco.. Staff will be expected to stand or sit for long periods of time in a variety of stations depending on the staffing rotation. Project/event is over the weekend and will require morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:
Call all technical cues during discussions/panels
Ensure stage, light, & sound are set up and ready to go
Work directly with producers/Open Sauce team
Review and execute run of show
Work with talent team to ensure all speakers are checked in and ready

Experience/Requirements:
Must have experience with live shows/theater
Plus if you have knowledge of or are an active consumer of YouTube Creator content
Experience with VIP Talent
Customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Awareness of guest interaction, safety, and overall guest experience
Must have a positive, outgoing, energetic demeanor and able to maintain a good attitude
Must be at least 18 years of age upon start of employment
Must be eligible to work in the United States

We are looking for some amazing talented Knoxville Production Assistants for an upcoming Live To Tape show! :-)

Time frame would be May 25-30 in the downtown Knoxville area. This would be Set PA positions. We may also need PA Runners or an Office PA. Looking for team players who are hard working, reliable and positive attitude for fun! Ability to lift 10-15 lbs is a plus.

DATES: May 25 - 30 (If you are only available for a portion of the dates, please specify your avails)

RATE: $225 /12

Experienced PAs only please...no newbies or green.

Must be and/or work as a local. - NO TRAVELERS PLEASE.

Must have reliable transportation.

We like to know in advance the comfort level of our PAs in regards to being a runner/driver as well as computer experience so we can match up your talent with our show needs. Listed below are a few questions to help us with PA placement.

Do you have an SUV or Truck vehicle?
Are you comfortable being a PA Runner?
Are you comfortable with driving a 12 or 15 Passenger Van?
Are you comfortable driving a cube truck?

We've got a potential upcoming job on 5/10 in need of a PA/driver.

Our team is going to be working on a multi-camera switch and record of a boxing press conference at an Arena in Philadelphia, PA, on May 10, 2024. We're looking for a PA to drive the crew in a van or SUV to/from location and assist with production runs, meal coordination, and other general production assistance on site. It's probably going to be an early call, at the moment it's looking like the crew would meet at around 4am to drive to Philly.

Must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable driving an SUV or van.

Payment is Net 30

We're looking for 2 PAs for a 5-day documentary shoot in LA, for a non-union Hulu show. Working from Sunday, May 12th to Wednesday, May 15th.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
PA duties will include but are not limited to: Taking lunch orders, unloading gear cases, moving heavy furniture, helping keep set clean, printing & scanning. Must have your own vehicle.
