What You Will Do

Every day as an Executive Support Professional is different! On any given day you might:

Provide primary administrative support to the President and back up support to other senior executives
Perform overall administrative duties to include, but not limited to, answering and screening incoming phone calls, scheduling meetings and maintaining extensive calendars, handling the preparation and processing of expense reports, auditing expense reports for the group, processing invoices and intercompany purchase orders.
Supply additional office support such as distributing mail, filing, photocopying, scanning and tracking documents, and word processing
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of business travel (domestic and international), including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, as well as remote support
Prepare confidential memos, correspondence, letters, business updates, meeting notes, Power Point and/or Keynote presentations, proofs correspondence and complex reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity for a senior executive (SVP or higher)
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining absolute professionalism and confidentiality

Your New Role...

The Producer for Food Network develops and creates new programming, and takes on production responsibilities on projects including: late seasons of established series, ITK programming, major revisions to new inventory, 'A level' reversions of acquisitions, new content based on existing library content, amongst others. Works closely with Supervisor to ensure deadlines, budgets and deliverables are met.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Handle a prime time late season established series that continues to need production and editorial oversight. This includes working with production company and PMD on schedule, budget questions, casting, editorial screening, deliverables and working with all in house departments including talent relations, marketing, press, ad sales, scheduling and production management.

Handle 'A Level' program reversioning as assigned. Includes developing production schedule, working with Talent Relations to select and coordinate narrator/talent, working with editing department, collaborating with legal department to identify potential legal issues, supervising off-line, on-line, narration record and mix sessions.

Coordinate special projects such as internal/external presentation tapes for industry markets/events, quarterly tapes, corporate events, etc.

Facilitate program fixes (changes in narration, graphics, picture, and audio, as needed) and in-house editorial as required.

For assigned projects, manage project production schedule for contract compliance and overall project workflow. Track deliverables and communicate fulfillment of production milestones, production issues or changes, to project team members and manager.

Manage and distribute production delivery schedules, episode descriptions, and other relevant program updates using appropriate databases.

As required for assigned project, coordinate and communicate with other DCI departments. Including:

Press/IPR - Provide treatments, episode descriptions, cuts, production delivery dates and shoot locations.

Programming - Provide episode descriptions, episode and show titles, program clips for as sales reels, delivery updates, and Upfront information. Develop alternative program titles, facilitate title clearance process, provide parental ratings, and recommend viewer advisories.

Production Management - Provide timely updates on production schedules, milestone payment confirmation and other deliverables information.

Position Summary:
The Digital Advertising TechnologyDirectorwill manage the daily operations of the Digital Advertising Technology front end team. The Role:

We are looking for a Sustainable Infrastructure Product Owner passionate about developing a label that will help add transparency and accelerate the sustainable transition infrastructure.

In this role you will collaborate with the members of the GIB Secretariat, FAST-Infra partners, and *** aligned teams to improve the impact of the FAST-Infra Sustainable Infrastructure Label. With your experience in project management, data management, and sustainability, you will be responsible for the delivery of data project commitments, act as the liaison across teams to break down terminology barriers, and maintain our roadmap of deliverables and commitments.

While demonstrating your market knowledge and experience in the sustainable infrastructure space you will be hands-on in advising on data collection efforts, data enrichment, and quality measures. You will help drive insights from the Data Repository to advise the Secretariat's agenda. You will work with Product and Engineering teams to integrate the Sustainable Infrastructure Label across financial data product offerings and workflow functionality, driving that will enable adoption at scale of the SI Label and sustainable project data.

We'll trust you to:

Bring deep expertise of sustainable infrastructure to set *** 's data strategy
Have strong market knowledge and understanding of how data industry players use and would want to engage with the FAST-Infra label to drive business decisions
Coordinate with GIB to perform activities that support the uptake of the SI Label
Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate extensively with GIB, FAST-Infra partners, and team members
Develop proactive data quality strategies that ensure data is fit for purpose
Develop data-driven strategies, balancing the best of technical and product knowledge, and work with our Engineering and Product departments to craft solutions

You'll need to have:

4+ years of experience working within data product ownership or related field
2+ years of experience working with sustainability standards or labels
BA/BS in Sustainability, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Engineering, or related field
Track record in assessing the sustainability performance of infrastructure assets
Intimate understanding of how industry players apply sustainability data to drive business decisions
Proven track record of effective project management, meeting deliverables, and leading the execution of tasks both independently and collectively with a group
A solid grasp of data management principles and technologies such as data modeling, data analysis and statistics to tell a narrative and/or generate data-driven insights
Understanding of quality assurance and quality control from a data and product perspective
Proficiency using scripting languages (preferably Python) to query and interrogate datasets
Experience using data visualization tools such as QlikSense and Tableau
A collaborative approach and outstanding relationship building and communication skills - both written and verbal at a global level
