Within the broader Finance, Strategy & Analysis (FS&A) organization, we're building out a new team, Ads Revenue & Yield Analytics, who will help steward and support our Ads go-to-market strategy. In this management role, you will support the commercial business in the UCAN region, inclusive of Sales & Account Management, with specialization in Pricing & Yield.
In tandem, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly in this space, working closely with a global, cross-functional team across FS&A, Ads Commercialization, Partnerships, Consumer, Marketing & Content to help build a cohesive understanding and unified approach to advertising at *** . Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $160,000 - $470,000.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Define scatter, advertiser, and agency rate cards and guidelines across US and Canada advertising
- Provide ad hoc guidance to sales supporting commercial exceptions and deal reviews
- Create quantitative models necessary for evaluation and implementation of new pricing strategies
- Inform go-to-market pricing and packaging requirements for new product launches
- Aggregate internal & marketplace feedback to develop seasonal promotions and packages
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management to develop solutions that meet advertiser needs
- Develop automated solutions using business systems to create operational efficiencies
- Work with Ad Ops, Analytics and Business Operations teams to identify potential issues affecting ad monetization
- Collaborate with regional Revenue & Yield Analytics teams to aggregate market-level opportunities and drive global partnership deals
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, pricing strategy, *** , technology or advertising roles
- Understanding of programmatic buying methods and auction-based dynamics
- Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
- A strong attention to detail and eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems
- Experience with ad tech and ad serving tools such as Google Ad Manager and Freewheel
- Experience implementing workflows in CRM and OMS systems to support sales motions
- Motivated, data-driven, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong project management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under tight timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred
