This position supports three separate functions on our brand/magazine sales teams.

Administrative support for the sales team - Provide daily administrative support to our sales team including RFP completion, client mailings and client event management, as well as other tasks related to the administrative support of our sales teams.

Strategic Account support - Account management for a select number of Strategic Accounts that includes attending client/agency meetings, project based client work, i.e., supporting research and marketing requests, managing internal client workflow and communications.

Pay Range

About the Role

The Senior Director, Data Governance will have cross-functional responsibility to lead operational data privacy and data compliance initiatives across the *** *** Group and the extended global streaming platform (GSP), including services supporting *** , Sky Now, Sky *** , and ShowMax. This role will align to our enterprise-wide Data Governance and Privacy functions as well as hold accountability to our legal team for managing the above processes.

The incumbent is accountable for developing and implementing Data Governance principles, supporting the creation and operationalization of processes, and standards to ensure coordination, standardization, and alignment across the enterprise.

Understands the end-to-end data lifecycle of the GSP and related compliance obligations and controls including purging of customer data based on user activity, requests, and preferences.
Creates scalable frameworks, standards and data privacy best practices across our data ecosystem and lifecycle.

Articulates clear policy on known ethical challenges so that organization may comply with expectations.

Acts as primary contact with Comcast Global Audit (CGA) and Sky Data Governance for reviews of privacy capabilities and compliance.

What's the role?

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving usage and adoption across firms using PORT Enterprise products and identifying upsell opportunities within accounts to expand the use of *** solutions. You will work closely with implementations, support, and operations to ensure firms are using the enterprise solution as intended and supported at the level the buyside community expects from a strategic investment technology partner. You will build strong relationships across your coverage, including senior level relationships, and use these relationships to identify opportunities to expand the firm's use of buyside enterprise services. You'll need to demonstrate credibility with a proven competency and knowledge of the buy-side community and have a deep understanding of fundamental portfolio management concepts such as performance attribution, multi-factor risk models, and portfolio optimization.

We will trust you to:

Increase client usage and adoption of our Portfolio Enterprise Solution through client specific strategies to raise awareness of advanced models and enterprise workflows
Build relationships with the front, middle, and back office, including senior level relationships with decision makers
Partner with new business on opportunities to generate revenue through the upsell of PORT Enterprise across new teams and functions
Collaborate with Core and Enterprise sales to identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products
Take a lead role in conducting internal and external training sessions on new product releases, and provide feedback to product teams
Travel extensively to meet with clients

You'll need to have:

3+ years' experience selling portfolio and or risk solutions into the buy-side
5+ years' experience selling financial technology software
A competent grasp of the buy-side workflow structure
Proven track record of outstanding customer service, ideally servicing Financial Institutions
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Aptitude to excel in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment
Availability for regular travel
