How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
- Responsible for overseeing the entire reservation/booking process, tracking, and control of commercial campaigns negotiated by *** 's Commercial team for airing on linear channels.
- Primary point of contact with agencies and clients for receiving Insertion Orders (IOs), commercial plans, and other campaign-related information.
- Daily management of internal processes with other departments within the company, including Commercial, Commercial Planning, Programming, Creative Brand Solutions, Finance, and Master.
The Analyst, Ad Sales Operations will be responsible for:
- Receipt and validation of IOs and commercial plans negotiated by the Commercial department.
- Transfer of commercial plans and campaigns from ad hoc clients to the Traffic system.
- Management of client sponsorship packages.
- Daily communication with advertising agencies and direct clients.
- Preparation and verification of airing certificates for all clients.
- Billing control and flow with the Finance department.
- Support for DASP ( *** Advertising Sales & Partnerships), addressing agenda and material inquiries, providing issuance reports, and negotiation histories.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Radio and TV/Communications/Administration fields.
- Experience in Commercial Operations (OPEC), Commercial, Commercial Planning, or Programming areas.
- Inter *** te knowledge in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge in Excel.
- Organization, proactivity, sense of urgency, flexibility, commitment to deadlines.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Orientation towards teamwork.
