To *** ter serve our customers in the rapidly changing *** and advertising environment, Televisa *** Client Relationship Group has embarked on an aggressive and exciting mission to super-serve our leading advertisers. Our mission is to be an integral resource to advertisers, marketers, and agency partners helping them build their business by connecting them with Hispanic consumers.
The Sales Coordinator will provide full administrative and project support for a few (2-3) SVP/VPs. The coordinator will interface with all Televisa *** divisions and manage workflow to ensure process and timelines are adhered to and met.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
- Meeting coordination and support
- Prepare/submit expense reports
- Coordinate travel plans
- Assist in the development of category/client/brand-specific information
- Presentation development to include: compilation of audience ratings data, syndicated research resources (AdViews, Kantar *** {formerly TNS}, Competitrack, Salesforce, and Matrix)
- Format Excel spreadsheets and analyze sales/spending data
- Utilize internal revenue data base systems
- Develop and maintain: client profiles, sales databases, mailing/distribution lists, meeting calendars, shared libraries of all national and regional presentations
- Implement Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool Salesforce
- Research client and relevant industry news; prepare client backgrounders
- General administrative assistance, including phone coverage, copying, filing, mail services
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Energetic self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be able to manage, multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong internet/research and analytical skills
- Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills
- Well-organized, disciplined and detail-oriented, flexible with ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience at a *** company, advertising agency, or marketing company
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged but not mandatory
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to work from an office in New York, NY
- Employment/education will be verified
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
Salary Range:
$45,000- $57,500 + Benefits
