Job Description
Overview of the Team and Role
The digital marketing team is a centralised team who supports all markets in which Hayu operates, responsible for driving efficient subscriber acquisition by reducing the cost per acquisition and improving subscriber retention by increasing the average lifetime value. The working environment is progressive, dynamic, fun, and fast-paced.
This role will support the CRM Manager in boosting retention and loyalty efforts, delivering best in class multichannel CRM campaigns to drive viewership across Hayu audiences and increase subscriber retention & lifetime value (LTV).
The team are passionateabout what they do but also have a clear vision of where they want to be and are now seeking an experienced CRM Executive to join on a 12-month FTC. Theideal candidate would be interested in theentertainment industry, new *** , and the opportunity to work in digital business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and executing day to day multi-channel CRM journeys, including emails, in-app messages, push notifications and on-platform messaging.
- Ability to understand insight and segmentation models to get the relevant messages, to the right user, at the right time on the right channel.
- Work with the CRM Manager to update the weekly Campaign planning calendar and CRM results tracker to monitor, evaluate and optimise all CRM activity.
- Employs structured testing plans and techniques to deliver continuous improvement in campaign metrics.
- Brief and co-ordinate with internal design teams and digital marketing/social teams to ensure weekly tactical CRM campaigns are delivered to a high standard with minimal oversight.
- Brief any data requirements or report issues/bugs across CRM campaigns and journeys to our relevant third-party agencies.
- Execute Post Campaign Reports for wider team members and report back interesting learnings to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with product and customer ser *** teams to ensure customer facing communications (FAQs, on platform communications) are maintained on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Braze experience is highly preferable but also open to similar alternatives
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar CRM role, managing the execution and delivery of direct to consumer (D2C) CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app) essential.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS systems preferred, but not essential.
- You will also be self-starter by nature, with a great work ethic and a keen desire to learn.
- A problem solver who is motivated and organised to deliver work to a high standard and to deadlines.
- You have the initiative and genuine interest to review campaign performance and make data-driven decisions on optimisation.
- Knowledge of content subscription businesses advantageous and preferred, but not essential.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, fluid environment where requirements will frequently evolve based on partner, strategy, and product priorities.
