Thunder Child is staffing an event that combines the best of makers and creators. Guests will be able to explore interactive exhibits, get an up-close look at maker technology, and attend talks, panels, and small workshops with top creators. Our team members will support the Client team in ticketing/check-in, merchandise sales, event flow etc. to ensure guests have a great experience.

Describe Work Environment:
Event will be hosted in Daly City next to San Francisco.. Staff will be expected to stand or sit for long periods of time in a variety of stations depending on the staffing rotation. Project/event is over the weekend and will require morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:
Call all technical cues during discussions/panels
Ensure stage, light, & sound are set up and ready to go
Work directly with producers/Open Sauce team
Review and execute run of show
Work with talent team to ensure all speakers are checked in and ready

Experience/Requirements:
Must have experience with live shows/theater
Plus if you have knowledge of or are an active consumer of YouTube Creator content
Experience with VIP Talent
Customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Awareness of guest interaction, safety, and overall guest experience
Must have a positive, outgoing, energetic demeanor and able to maintain a good attitude

What You Will Do

Provide general office services support including bill payment, receipt of shipments, access requests, asset liquidation and repair and maintenance follow-up

What You Will Do

Generate 2D and 3D design elements using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software. Elements include but are not limited to plans, detail views, 3D renders, and solid models

Assess creative direction to identify the scope of drafting needs and visualization functions
Forecast timing of all tasks, while being cognizant of project budgets
Provide conceptual design support to Directors, Producers, and other Designers

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $84,500 to $113,300 per year. You'll need to have:

Technical degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent

The Climate Finance Communications Manager will help manage communications for a portfolio of philanthropic initiatives focused on helping unlock billions of dollars in sustainable finance to support the world's transition to net-zero emissions.

This role is responsible for successfully executing integrated, communications strategies to support cross-cutting global programs that are coordinating efforts across all sectors of the financial system to accelerate the transition to a net-zero global economy, catalyzing decarbonization across heavy-emitting sectors, developing capital market infrastructure and solutions to help address climate data challenges across the global economy, and tackling the challenge of unlocking climate finance at scale in emerging markets.

This role will engage with a wide range of key partners, including global financial institutions, multilateral development banks, national and regional governments, NGOs, technical partners, academic and research institutions, and a diverse set of internal teams across *** and *** Philanthropies.

The ideal candidate will be biased toward action, can work on fast deadlines, have the judgment to trade off priorities appropriately, and bring a proven track record of successful *** engagement-specifically in the areas of climate finance and/or energy. Experience managing communications for a global coalition, alliance, or secretariat is a strong bonus.

The role will also lead the execution of the strategic communications plan - including managing day-to-day *** relations and external communications - for the GFANZ Secretariat and ensuring coordination and seamless connectivity *** ween GFANZ Secretariat team members, members of GFANZ-affiliated alliances, as well as the larger *** Philanthropies communications, social, video, and content teams. You'll need to have:
