Direct and oversee internal digital display design creative production and agency teams ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
Work closely with Creative Design team leadership in resource planning and management
Understand and interpret creative briefs and manage production of requested assets via Asana, Airtable, and Jira software
Partner cross-functionally with managers and directors of campaign project management, program marketing, production
Lead creative project workflow by planning, tracking, managing and driving all steps in the creative life cycle, including dependencies
Set up, facilitate, and host status meetings, track action items and share notes
Work closely with Creative Directors and creative team to define creative concepting process and structure of reviews specific to project needs, and to prioritize and align team on daily and weekly basis, keeping an eye on pipeline of projects

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. Job Description

Technical Operations, Engineering, and Cyber Security within *** U Operations and Technology division is an $800M+ operating cash flow ($1.1B FCF). The group functions as a global shared ser *** within *** Universal performing critical functions including *** , Broadcast and Studio Operations & Production, Content Supply Chain, Information Technology and Engineering, as well as Cyber Security. The Manager will play an integral role on the Engineering Finance team, which oversees the consolidation and analysis of financial information (OCF, Capital, Headcount, Allocations) across multiple lines of business. The position offers unique exposure to strategic planning that has an enterprise-wide impact. This role will report to the VP of Finance for Engineering and will manage one direct report and will support Network, Infrastructure, and Ad Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's treasury function with an emphasis on compliance and global bank account management. Responsibilities:

Utilize the ION IBAM (bank account management) system to promptly address account maintenance and signer requests, ensuring timely completion and providing updates to division personnel.
Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of information in the ION IBAM system, including tracking production check signers and individuals with specific online rights required for FBAR filing.
Act as a vital member of *** Global's ION IBAM development team, participating in testing upgrades, reporting system defects, and providing feedback to the vendor on system performance.
Facilitate communication *** ween division personnel and banks, ensuring prompt issue escalation and managing internal expectations regarding financial institution services. Monitor request resolution and escalate to the Senior Director as needed for prompt resolution.

Collaborate with the Senior Director to propose automated solutions addressing business challenges and improving processes.

Ensuring accuracy and timely submission of yearly FBAR reports using the ION IBAM system.
Conducting quarterly user access reviews across our banking platforms.
Contribute to the yearly update of Treasury Policies and Procedures.
Act as a System Administrator for all domestic and international banking platforms.
Update and own the internal *** Treasury FAQ portal for production finance as needed.
Lead and delegate tasks as they are received in a group mailbox, ensure timely responses and resolution.
Assist Treasury Department in accomplishing yearly goals and support projects.

Basic Qualifications:
