Basic Qualifications:
- Provide insight to VP, Marketing Operations of progress on key priorities, projects and initiatives
- Partner with Business Unit leaders and key collaborators to ensure the new workflow and processes are understood, followed and evaluated
- Partner with Facility Management and Production/Operations on org requirements for office or facility movement and upgrades and necessary communications
- Attend key planning meetings with the VP, Marketing Operations and manage follow-up on commitments and action items
- Partner with Production & Operations team on communicating and training on the new project management system
- Prepare content, presentations and follow up to be used by the VP, Marketing Operations for internal and external meetings.
- Assist the CMO as needed on special projects
- Improve and be responsible for the shared *** Marketing hub for documents and templates, increasing the resources usefulness and utilization
- Partnering with HR and Learning & Development to ensure opportunities for individuals to meet peers, shadow in other teams, and develop skills.
- Implement the annual summer intern program, making valuable contributions and exposure for the *** Marketing interns by running a shared project and presentation
- Support the VP, Marketing Operations in developing and implementing new processes and mechanisms that will ultimately improve team performance, creativity, communication, and collaboration
- Oversee the Culture Committee (leading a 'Culture Committee' made up of all *** Marketing Coordinators) - creating opportunities for connectivity and socializing whether that be in person or virtually, large group meetings to small social moments on Slack
- Develop and implement a communication strategy to ensure sharing of updates, standard processes, the latest work and inspiring content across the entire org - across multiple mediums e.g. meetings, email, slack
- Establish trusted relationships across business units to ensure accurate 'temperature checks' of each team and department, surfacing items for celebration or challenges that need resolution
Additional Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience with project/operation management or in communication-led role
- Clear examples of relationship building
- Experienced and knowledgeable in gathering analytics from multiple and disparate sources.
- Intimately familiar with entertainment marketing processes and operations
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills
- Strong understanding of creative assets, specs, and creative production
- Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to gather and interpret data to help inform decisions
- Adept in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong financial foresight and knowledge of financial processes
- Strategic and analytical prowess
