Role:
Working across all genres in film, television, branded content and music videos, candidates will work with the Global Communications Director to increase the visibility of the company, its content and executives via publicity and social *** . This role is reporting to the Global Communications Director
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment and manage day to day relations with *** , talent, production partners and broadcasters. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the management of the company's online digital presence and coordinating events, speaking engagements, and interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create effective publicity plans for programmes, commercials, and music videos
- Pitch stories and ideas to *** outlets
- Seek out key publicity opportunities such as speaking engagements, features, and interviews
- Draft press releases, talking points and other press materials to the highest standard
- Build and maintain successful relationships with the *** , i *** uencers, and trade outlets
- Gather coverage reports for press releases, company mentions, award nominations and wins
- Evaluate *** activity and feedback to relevant execs on the success of and learnings from campaigns
- Assist the Comms Director with production crisis management
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external production departments, talent, their agents and representatives
- Coordinate with production staff and unit publicists to fulfill press and broadcaster needs including: set visits, photographer arrangement, EPK, press kits and social *** behind the scenes footage
- Effectively manage, seek approvals and distribute publicity assets such as press kits, images and promos
- Work closely with production teams on festival and award submissions
- Work with the wider *** corporate communications and marketing teams to feed in positive news stories and award accolades for reporting and the website.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience within the film / entertainment or advertising industry.
- Excellent written and organisational skills, attention to detail and ability manage a number of projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Experience of working on Social *** channels as part of a broader PR & Marketing strategy to deliver integrated campaign themes
