We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date & Staff Call-Time: Tuesday 5/14/24 @ 12pm

Event Hours: 6pm - 10pm

Event Location: Sheraton Wild Horse Pass, Phoenix, AZ

Event Activations / Games: Giant Mechanical Unit

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION
*** 10 / *** 10Xtra in Phoenix Arizona is looking for an Account Executive. This position is responsible for generating digital and broadcast revenue for Phoenix, Arizona's top news and sports stations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and results-oriented and thrives developing new business, selling OTT and CTV platforms, creating and selling unique multi-screen promotional sponsorships, and maintaining and improving an existing client list. The successful AE candidate must be able to work in a team environment, possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills and be able to develop strong client and agency relationships . This candidate must also be able to identify qualified targets and opportunities and aggressively pursue digital, OTT and new business advertisers, provide strategic ad *** throughout the sales process, and close new sales. We are looking for someone that can bring together all our resources [FLX/OTT, Top Rated Local News, *** sports, Market-leading news, MyNetwork TV, Multi-platform Sponsorships and Promotions] and provide marketing solutions in a creative manner to achieve a high level of results. 3+ years professional experience in Sales, Account Management, and/or Business Development, preferably in a TV sales environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Distribution Engineer and Architect to join our team and assist in ingesting, processing, and distributing all networks wholly or partially owned by Tubi *** Group and its Joint Venture partners.

An ideal candidate will be someone who can collaborate and build relationships with various internal *** teams, clients, and vendors as well as with engineering and product support staff from our JV partners. With your strong familiarity and experience with broadcasting and/or cable infrastructure, you will have the opportunity to provide support functions including problem determination and resolution, technical solution development, policies, procedures, and processes governing the use of the *** and JV distribution architectures.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support to Engineering and Operations teams as well as other groups to troubleshoot issues in the distribution chain internally
Help design, implement and support DAI for the *** eco-systems to support linear and event-based programming.
Participate in the support and ongoing maintenance of standards and policies
Identify, resolve and escalate business issues as appropriate
Project ownership responsibilities include gathering requirements from diverse business units, documenting the proper design, and following through to project completion.
Provide input in the design and rollout of new distribution architectures for broadcast, cable, and streaming
Next-generation OTT, TVE, 5G, and IPTV metadata standards
Support Business Development and Operations teams for new launches
Provide input in the design and rollout of new distribution architectures for broadcast, cable, and streaming applications for *** and our JV partners
Maintain and develop monitoring das *** ards using Splunk and LTN Visual Metadata Analyzer, Telestream IQ products, and monitoring tools
Use of web tool skillsets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL databases) to assist with monitoring and alerting efforts
Provide remote support of the HEVC software-defined platforms cable (v)MVPDs and the 209 *** broadcast affiliates
Be an integral team member for the life cycle of projects from development, implementation, monitoring and maintenance
Provide training on distribution projects with the operations and other *** teams as needed and develop and maintain training and workflow documents and diagrams.
Lead projects requested by the team
Keep abreast of industry initiatives through trade publications, webinars, and other sources

**** YOU **** NEED

Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
Direct experience at a broadcast affiliate or large MVPD or equivalent military experience
Hands-on experience with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, transport stream analyzers, etc
MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Coding/Linux/macOS/test tools like WireShark
The position requires in-depth engineering knowledge of streaming protocols to include but not limited to SRT, Zixi, RIST, RTP+FEC
Knowledge of SCTE 35, 104, and 224 messages and commands, Next-generation OTT, TVE, 5G, and IPTV metadata standards
Ability to troubleshoot and identify potential technical issues throughout the distribution architecture
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Must be able to handle problems independently to resolution
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and to maintain a professional and courteous manner in difficult situations
Perform and participate in a team-oriented environment

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital *** Operations Manager will be reporting to the VP of Digital Operations. This role will manage team members and all technical and operational workflows for *** Sports digital streaming service. This includes enforcing SOP, defining, and refining SOPs, operating live events and monitor the health of the production systems via sophisticated monitoring solutions, be a central point of communication, participate in incidents and triaging, and escalating to other teams if needed to support the *** Sports digital streaming service. In addition, the Digital *** Manager will manage team schedule, be the go-to-person to report the status of the production environment and manage all incidents to resolution.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing team shift rotation schedule to always support sufficient coverage across all shifts
Enforcing team guidelines, process, and policy
Take the role of Lead Incident Manager during issues. This includes communicating to stake holders, assembling the correct resources to mitigate the issue, updating the incidents, and driving the incident to resolution
Update open incident daily and create weekly incident reports
Maintain Performance Statistics Reporting
Training and onboarding new hires, ensuring proper access to all essential tools and documentations
Continual creating and updating of SOP and other documentation
Lead weekly meetings such as incident management and team meetings
Overnight On-Call duties as an escalation point for the team

Identify all issues in production

Execute production changes to Digital systems, infrastructure, products, and platforms in support of event and release activities
Act as a point of contact for incident escalation for the Tier 1 Operations team and triage and mitigate as needed

**** YOU **** NEED

Hands-on experience in a production/operational role
Experience in a leadership role (Supervisor or higher)
Experience with the operation and management of cloud-based services, including operational processes, such as incident management life cycle and event management approaches
Strong technical understanding in digital, coding, networking, systems, and/or applications
Strong understanding with modern operations concepts such as Agile and DevOps
Familiarity with security as it applies to operational platforms and processes
Strong understanding in internet technologies, especially streaming and cloud technologies and services, basic network components and how they interoperate, as well as Internet protocols and configurations
Familiarity of orchestration and monitoring of cloud-native services
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions and keep a cool head while under pressure
Credibility with partner-stakeholders (business, engineering, product/program etc.) for a strong team and results-oriented delivery
Excellent oral and written communication skills - demonstrated ability to i *** uence technical and non-technical audiences including those at the senior leadership levels
Schedule flexibility is key to support the operational needs of the business; this role may operate on an adjusted schedule including weekends, overnights, early mornings, etc.

They will work alongside Traffic Managers, formatting team, and sales to guide all on best practices to help drive revenue for their assigned Television Stations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, work with a high level of accuracy, and be very detail-oriented. Corporate Traffic Operation Locations - (Atlanta/Charlotte/Phoenix)

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Prepare logs using Wide Orbit, including creation, scheduling, processing, and confirming
- Work directly with multiple markets and departments to maintain accurate inventory codes and priority code structure based on market rate card
- Review commercial inventory to ensure there is no excessive oversell and assist with cleanup
- Daily broadcast log preparation and delivery to Master Control
-Troubleshoot and refine the daily workflow to keep all within deadlines
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Qualifications/Requirements:

- College degree in a related field is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- In-depth Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Program, or related Traffic software knowledge a plus
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Previous television, radio, or cable Traffic/Sales support related experience preferred
