Your New Role
The Senior Trade Marketer & Key Account Manager Digital oversees all specific developments on digital (New Release and Back catalog) to maximize revenue, reach budget targets and maximize OI. She is responsible for the whole promotional strategy for her retailers (idea, development, postmortem). The sales account management dimension of this job supposes to maintain a long-term relationship with digital partners and maximize opportunities within them. She brings a strong analytical acumen and business development knowledge to build the best business plans to achieve her targets and maximize her partners contribution to the WBD operating income.
Your Role Accountabilities
Define & coordinate promotional & trade marketing strategy:
- Active participation in digital back catalog strategy with marketing team.
- Optimize Digital New Release & Franchise performance by building strong partnerships with clients including premium in-store visibility, *** investments, co-branding and trade marketing budget ROI in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monthly announcements (line up, news WB, national sales promotions, ...) externally: preparation with product manager and third-party teams, information consolidation, retailers' communication.
- National reports internally on New Releases & Sales promotions achievements with our main digital retailers: exchange with all digital KAMs & Trade marketers.
- Coordination with third party partners on digital new releases and trade opportunity ( *** , sales promotion, reports, development)
Develop business relationships & revenues with digital clients:
- WB content animation with customers (new releases / back catalog / partnerships / business development operations ...).
- Write & lead Business Reviews, detect & size new business opportunities and achieve sales target.
- Set-up Marketing partnerships & Recruitment Operations on the digital activity
Support on deal making of digital accounts for existing customers and new leads. Participate in negotiation (digital distribution license agreement) & deal renewals, maximise accounts profitability & close new digital agreements and execute the effective launch of new offers. Build sales forecast, budget and monitor financial results of the digital accounts managed.

- 8 clients managed FRANCE & BENELUX
- Revenues 2023 (FY): 11 M€ (50% of France & BNL Digital Revenues)
- 1 intern managed

- Internal clients: Sales, marketing, finance, data, Back-office coordinator and franchise teams
- External clients: Canal, Orange, Google, *** , Apple, Videofutur, Arte, Path Home
- External partners: Third-party *** (UGC, Le Pacte, Jokers, Condor, etc.)
Skills and Experience
- At least three years' experience in a similar sales function. Platform experience is a plus.
- Dynamic, drive for results and analytical. Can deal with ambiguity and adapt to change.
- Be comfortable working towards clearly defined sales targets.
- Very good understanding of the *** , entertainment industry and digital evolutions.
- Excellent negotiator, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions. Ability to drive change & to be adaptable to each situation.
- Marketing & financial/management control skills to collaborate efficiently with internal teams & dedicated customers contact
- Fluent in English
