We are seeking a hard working, eager-to-learn and creative Motion Graphics Editor to join our Direct Response team. Responsibilities
Work with producers to create direct response videos for a wide range of campaigns
Identify and communicate effectively all GFX, spelling, audio, text, timing, and/or screen glitch errors needing immediate attention
Understand watchability best practices and execute accordingly
Help structure asset organization on server
Help formulate visual refreshes on new content
Work closely with editorial and direct response teams to generate evergreen assets
Demonstrate learnings from creative decisions in editing that lead to strong behavior responses
Working autonomously, taking initiative to pitch and ideate own iterations/refreshes on existing work
Contribute directly to First Media’s growth by developing creative systems to help manage future editing teams
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Broadcast Design and/or Title/Typography Design
Advanced knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience in Direct Response advertising and workflow is a plus
Can write in multiple brand voices across demographics
Experience in proofreading, copy-editing, and/or video quality assurance
A proven track record of revenue increasing performance
