Digital Media Company looking to meet local LA Line Producers with scripted and unscripted background for a few potential projects that are coming down the pipeline within the next few months.
Primary Function:
* Ensure that the production is running efficiently, smoothly and within Budget
* Have the ability to multi-task and work within a fast paced environment
* Oversee production staff and communicate regularly with Director of Production
* Put processes and practices in place to ensure crew is supported by Company Policies
* Maintain collaborative partnerships with main show production leads, brand creative execs, internal support
departments: tech ops, BALA, risk management, finance, etc.
* Help oversee post process and deliver completed project for air.
What You'll Do:
* Build, manage and actualize production budgets
* Build and manage production calendars
* Book Crews
* Build and send out call sheets
* Researching/Booking Locations
* Resourcing gear (whether that is in-house gear or out of house)
* Managing the day to day of production and being the point person for department heads
* Familiarize with Company Policy & Procedure and build productive working relationships with representatives from
other internal finance, legal, technical, and support department
* Payroll procedures and crew time sheets (I9's, etc)
* Manage the production budget / Track costs
* Assist on field and studio productions
* Wrap out projects
* Help oversee post production and the notes process
Have Knowledge of:
* Movie Magic
* Microsoft Office
* Google Drive (docs, sheets, etc)
* Worker's Comp and handling injuries on set if they arise
* Managing small and large scale budgets and productions
* An array of different types of productions (scripted, non-scripted, semi-scripted, etc)
* Post Production Oversight
