Title: Post Production Coordinator

Vox Creative is seeking an experienced Post Production Coordinator to provide direct support to our Director of Post Production. You will facilitate tracking our West Coast branded video campaigns through every stage of the Post Production process, and assist with scheduling and resource allocation. You will work alongside producers and creative directors to turnover and deliver final videos for clients.
This candidate is expected to be available for in-office support at our Culver City office as needed, with remote working arrangements available.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are hyper-organized and detail-oriented, love calendars and timelines. You exemplify Vox’s corporate values, are kind and understanding under pressure, and happy to help bring creative minds together to problem solve. You’ve worked in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, perhaps have a background as an Editor or Assistant Editor. You have a strong understanding of the Post Production phase. You understand the branded digital space and the needs of short and long form content, and are up to date with the latest trends in video on social media.
Responsibilities:
Attend weekly team calls and provide status updates
Monitor Email and Slack communication, Asana, and Airtable entries for active campaigns daily to ensure the Post department is up to date on the latest developments.
Input and maintain campaign post-schedules in the current project tracker, and coordinate assignments with the relevant Director.
Attend internal campaign Kick-Off Calls (KOC’s) alongside the Production Management team to understand project needs, and note any red-flags that may impact Post Production.
Perform outreach as necessary to assess freelancer availability, and place holds on freelance support staff. Support Post leadership with onboarding freelancers and booking internal edit bays for review sessions and finishing as necessary.
Work with our Post Supervisors, Producers, Editors, Designers and other staff to ensure that projects are tracking to deliver on schedule.
QC, interface with Client Management Services, and give creative notes as needed.
Skills:
Proficient in MacOS and Google Suite.
Familiar with Adobe Creative suite, specifically Adobe Premiere.
Familiar with common digital video deliverables, including scripts, file formats, intermediate finishing formats, and music cue sheets.
Experience working in project management platforms such as Asana, Airtable, or Trello
Proficient in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
