This is a temporary position with a start date 7/26 for 11 weeks

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and supervise the post team (editors, AE's, Coordinators) providing clear and concise feedback, technical knowledge and workflow.
Plan, update schedule, and manage the assignments and daily workflow
Maintain post budget, tracking costs, and communicating budget updates
Effectively manage and keep track of multiple deliverables at once.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience supervising and delivering Youtube shows (in a remote workflow environment is a plus)
Experience with music and musical content is also a plus
Familiar with all aspects of post-production workflow including ingest, cataloging/archiving, story editing, compositing, color, audio, and motion graphics.
Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills / comfortable facilitating communication with others on the team beyond post.
Works well with others, keeps calm in a high pressure environment, is able to comfortably adapt to shifting circumstances, deliverables, and timelines
Meticulous attention to detail
