Long running, 6th season reality show seeking driven, self motivated Office Production Coordinator in Boston

The position will start on or about July 5th and will run through to on or about October 25th.

Your job will mainly consist of (but not be limited to) getting crews out in the AM, managing PA schedules, gathering and logging PR's from our field PC's, collecting signed timecards, filling out start paperwirk with new crew, manage the stocking of our office supplies and crafty, and any associated prep during normal filming. This is a 6day/week position.

To be considered....
You MUST be LOCAL to Boston.
Have FULL availability for the above dates
Be comfortable taking a crew into the field on your own.
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must have a vehicle to get to and from work
Have a valid Passport that will not expire this year.
Be comfortable driving Mini-vans, Cargo vans, 15 pass vans and Cube Trucks
Have excellent money handling skills
Be prepared to get into the permitting/location procurement process.
Possess good release/set etiquette.
Be able to manage and organize important documents (releases, location agreements, checks, timecards, PR's etc)
Bring a good attitude and be ready to use it.

Job Summary:

The Production Coordinator I assists in the day-to-day operations of production content, logistics and business operations to support a group of assigned shows and/or sport categories.

Responsibilities

Acts as liaison for assigned sport/show categories *** ween Production, other *** departments, and outside entities.
Responsible for dealing with time-sensitive materials and decisions.
Facilitate contractual agreements alongside production needs (i.e. Master Services Agreements, Third Party Licensing Agreements, Deal Memos, assist leaders with Talent contracts, etc.)
Trusted to draft third party licensing agreements for video and photography clearances, performance contracts for voiceover and on-camera talent agreements using Legal counsel approved templates.
Gather and curate production information on all features to track content and report information on pertinent details to relevant internal groups, such as rights and clearances.
Work alongside Managing Producers, Coordinating Producers and departmental VP to ensure compliance on internal policies related to feature and creative productions.
Coordinate insurance and contractual compliance for third-party vendors along with *** Risk Management and Legal standards.
Develop workflows to create efficiencies in a fast-paced, remote-hybrid production environment.
Coordinate logistics for on-location shoots such as insurance, props, waivers, permits, releases, production schedules, wardrobe, and other details, all compliant with *** health and safety guidelines.
Organize, project and track budgets for projects of varying scale (single feature or tease project to full documentary series)
Responsible for the handling and relaying of sensitive or confidential information (budgetary, fee-related, non-disclosure agreements etc.).
Facilitate onboarding of third-party vendors to ensure they are active in the system and able to work for *** .
Schedule approved third-party vendors in Playbook to track work history and confirm payment.
Submit invoices and track correspondence related to budgets.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $57,900.00 to $77,500.00per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
