I am a freelance Producer looking for a Production Coordinator to bring onto my projects with me regularly as they come in. Basically, if i'm booked, you're booked! Genres include branded series, digital/social commercials, doc series, scripted comedy and more. Next project is in the works, aiming to start prep 2/14, shooting 2/24-2/25.

Must have at least one year of experience Production Coordinating and looking to grow within Production Management / Producing.

Key qualities I'm looking for:

-Email/phone etiquette
-Vendor account setups, Issuing COIs

You will be paid by the agency or production company. Budgeted rates will vary project to project ranging between $300-$350/day.

All games at this event will be recorded locally and live streamed for parents, fans, and coaches.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
