Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Generating Call Sheets, PR Reports, Purchase Orders and Check Requests
*Booking domestic travel

*Sourcing New Orleans based production assistants
*Manages Petty Cash Float
*Responsible for general office operations
*Issuing certificates of insurance

*Adherence to company standards of professionalism at all times, especially when filming at private residences or public locations
*Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and car and good driving record
*Must be able to drive and park a mini-van

DUTIES:

Administer weekly Production Dept. staff and facilities scheduling. Includes scheduling IATSE Stagecraft, Director, AD and Material Management staff. Update schedules daily as required and digitally generate and post via Microsoft Teams.

Administer production staff scheduling on Special Event productions including Rose Parade, Oscars, Emmys, CCA, LA Marathon, WeHo Pride Parade, Telethons and more.
Organize and update Production Dept. financial retention files including all vendor invoices and P-Card transactions.

Process COI and Insurance Endorsement requests from Production Dept. vendors and business partners.

Onboard new hires. Provide instruction on Workday and Microsoft Teams, assist with Human Resources paperwork, coordinate Employee ID, Microsoft login, Security badge, etc.

Production studio operations and office supplies inventory. Track inventory and order studio production operations and maintenance supplies monthly. Manage shipping and receiving logistics.

Supervise all aspects of daily Makeup services and operations. Supervise News anchor makeup services schedule. Monitor News anchor cosmetics inventory, and generate weekly orders and deliveries as required.

Provide daily administrative support as required to the Production Manager and Director of Production.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in film, television, communications, marketing, management, or related field
Must have experience in live television, scheduling, production, or related field, preferably Production Coordinator experience.
Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and ability to rapidly prioritize daily tasks and administrative responsibilities.
Familiarity with all aspects of studio and remote production operations, and effective and concise communication.
Superb organizational and time management skills.
Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints

Your New Role...

The Office Coordinator helps to keep the Bucharest office running efficiently by managing the company's daily operations. Their responsibilities include maintaining office equipment, overseeing administrative staff, coordinating Health & Safety matters and coordinating office events. Your Role Accountabilities...

Provide strong administrative support to the Bucharest office
Ensuring the WBD's global company policies in real estate, workplace strategy and office use are implemented and followed.
Keep all office supplies stocked and office equipment in working order, monitoring the general aspect of the office and maintaining a clean environment.
Ensure that office visitors feel welcome and comfortable (front office reception service)
In charge with all office space related tasks, required office space, parking facilities.
Liaising with the building owner for any problems related to the company's location (air conditioner issues, office access, elevators etc.).
Cooperate with the Security Team regarding the maintenance of the office security system.

Providing administrative support for events and engagement activities organized in the office.

Job Description

Do you have a passion for news and business? The Custom Productions Unit is looking for a Production Coordinator who is excited about creating engaging content while working with sponsors and partners across the *** Universal News Group platforms. You will report to the Coordinating Producer while supporting the entire team through all stages of production for linear, digital, events, and social platforms. As part of the team, you will interface with brands and internal stakeholders including executives, legal, standards, and on-air talent to assist inhighly produced strategic content while maintaining editorial standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including but not limited to organizing team trackers, meetings, and other documents
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on deadlines and workflow needs
Build production decks and recap materials for the team and clients
Oversee ongoing client engagements and workstreams
Support producers on team projects through all stages of production, including potential travel on-location for shoots and events
Handle confidential information and materials regarding collaborations with clients

Please Note: This is a project/limited term position, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.Salary range: $20.00-$27.00/hour.

Qualifications

4-year college degree or equivalent experience in journalism, marketing/business, or communicationswith an interest in storytelling.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Avid, Slack, and Google Docs
Proficiency with hybrid meeting tools including Microsoft Teams, and Zoom

Job Summary:

The Publishing Operations team oversees key components of Marvel's weekly publishing schedule. The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually. Some of the group's key duties include title and metadata management, manufacturing, and inventory management.

This role supports the publishing manufacturing process; working with external vendors and coordinating with internal lines of business to produce a variety of printed materials, with a focus on our trades and hardcover business. This includes the responsibility for coordinating Marvel's weekly comic production workflow. The candidate would be responsible for tracking and following up on all stakeholder approvals before sending the books to production. And assist the shipping manager with tracking the weekly deliveries to our distributors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate weekly manufacturing process for Marvel Publishing
• Compile and distribute weekly production schedules to partners
• Coordinate vendor bids
• Assist with daily operations of file transfer site and weekly transmission of files to printers
• Manage specifications, communications, schedules, and file submissions for international manufacturing operations
• Assist shipping manager with transportation and delivery of projects from vendor to final destination
• Quality control projects for color and printing errors and follow up with vendors as needed
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors of all printed goods, including overseas printers

Basic Qualifications:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator, who will provide support specifically for the Director and Original Productions team. You will review elements of budgets, schedules and scripts to assist the diligence process as required. We will also ask you to support the department interns, and use industry knowledge to train interns.

This role will require being onsite 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

Assist in the smooth office operation within the production unit, which involves collaborating closely with the Finance and Accounting teams, as well as the IT and Facilities departments within the company.
To be the central point of contact across all reporting and systems within the *** + Production Process from Production to Post Production, including being gate holder for key technical software such as PIX, Aspera and others.
Manage production systems from budgeting, schedules, creative treatments/scripts/presentations, background checks, program delivery, production wrap materials, insurance, health and safety and security. Ensuring that materials are reviewed by the team and all documentation is tracked/saved.
Collect and collate suitable reference materials for rest of *** when production is in progress.
Create presentations as requested.

Assist in meetings coordination with internal and external parties.
Diary management, crafting call sheets and movement orders as the need arises. Coordinating travel and location recess if required.
