ViacomCBS Multi-Platform Productions is an internal production team focused on providing comprehensive production management and post-production services to brand creative and marketing groups across ViacomCBS. VMPP specializes in producing a wide variety of content including promos, image campaigns, still photography (key art, gallery, press), digital series, linear extension, tentpole events, social, behind the scenes, integrated marketing, the show opens, corporate, and consumer product marketing. Brands supported include Showtime, Paramount+, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., MTV, VH1, CMT, Logo, BET, Comedy Central, Paramount Network, and TV Land.

The Role:
The Production Operations Coordinator will have some production experience and be a self-starter, efficient multi-tasker, organized, and thorough. This is a fast-paced environment and you will sit at the intersection point of 100s of projects. You must maintain a team-friendly demeanor while ensuring all project data has been recorded correctly and on time. You should be able to juggle multiple project responsibilities with a laser focus on details while being flexible and capable of prioritizing shifting department needs. Must possess the ability to anticipate production challenges and address, or bring attention to, before a negative impact. Be a continuous promoter and supporter of a multi-cultural diverse workplace and transparency

Specific Duties May Include But Not Limited To:
- Support Sr. Director with all Data and Reporting activities through implementation of various Resource platforms and databases
- Track and manage the department's monthly shoot calendar. Must be distro’d at the top of every week
- Work closely with Brand leads to correctly set up new projects for tracking and reporting
- Manage tools and platforms used by the department
- Export and distribute two weekly reports, one focused on resources the other on upcoming projects
- Produce a singular Monthly report encompassing all projects and department information over the past month
- Track all previous month's reporting and archive for use in a yearly report.
- Manage booking schedules for internal spaces


Qualifications:
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets and Drive
- Familiar with resources platforms like 10,000 feet, Wrike, Mondays.com, etc..
- Extremely organized
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Professional, self-motivated, results-oriented with a “can do” attitude
- Able to respond and work after business hours on productions and/or attend to urgent and timely issues
- Maintain confidential information
