Hi! In search of a Junior Production Coordinator to assist in Production and Post on a True Crime series.
Duties include:
• Book crew as required by the Production Manager.
• Assist Producers on shoot days
• Assist in preparing and distributing call sheets, shooting schedules, crew and cast lists
• Work with the Production Manager ensuring the completion of all admin related tasks to the delivery
of the show, including release forms, and licensing paperwork.
• Work alongside the Post Supervisor for upcoming ingests and ensuring assets are delivered and stored appropriately
• Ordering equipment, supplies and arranging their delivery/collection.
• Undertake general administrative duties

Experience and Qualifications:
Must be extremely organized and a multi-tasker. Must be able to meet tight deadlines, have great attention
to detail and have good communication skills.

Twenty Twenty Productions in the UK are looking for a US based Production Co-Ordinator to help on a new x6 part Netflix documentary. This person needs experience setting up fast-paced documentary/ reality shoots, securing filming permits, and confident working on location with talent and crew. The Production Coordinator (or Event Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event. They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicate well with supervisors and crew both in person and digitally.

All games at this event will be recorded locally and live streamed for parents, fans, and coaches.

Responsibilities:
- Receive gear shipment or hand off

Hiring a salaried production coordinator. This an entry level job with a Monday - Friday 40hr/week schedule and is an in-office position in Nashville, TN. Fridays are optional work from home day, but dependent on our shoot schedule. This position includes office and set PA tasks on location & in studio, some casting and coordinating for local shoots. Looking for a production coordinator who can assist a run and gun production in multiple cities as well as a stage shoot in SLC. ISO a coordinator who knows production in's and outs, paperwork, etc. Must have previous non-scripted production experience to be considered.

Weekly - $1500-1600 - 5 DAY WEEK

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.
