New York based television production company seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to start mid-March until early June for competition cooking series.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Previous food show experience is a plus. Must have previous Coordinator credits.
• Comfortable creating call sheets if needed, and experience with booking travel is a plus.
• Must have knowledge of and be able to manage and organize all start paperwork.
• Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: assisting producers with crew and talent, coordinating crew meals and crafty, assisting production management team with accounting duties (managing both petty cash and CC expense reports, maintaining the PO log, etc) and assisting set crew with any and all needs.
• Must be able to work effectively alone and as part of a team; overseeing a group of PAs
• Ability to prioritize tasks, cope with last minute changes and remain calm and level-headed under pressure
• Knowledge of Excel and google docs a plus.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production, approvals, and delivery process for a high volume of show marketing deliverables including On Air, Social, Digital, Paid *** , & Design

The Publishing Operations team oversees key components of Marvel's weekly publishing schedule. The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually. Gather and curate production information on all features to track content and report information on pertinent details to relevant internal groups, such as rights and clearances.

We are looking for a Production Coordinator, who will provide support specifically for the Director and Original Productions team. You will review elements of budgets, schedules and scripts to assist the diligence process as required.
