Looking for an experienced Production Coordinator who can work in both the office and the field on a 2 camera reality show. Job would mostly be confined to Monday through Fridays in the office or on set, unless a shoot happened on a weekend in NYC (area), in which case you would be needed as well. You will be responsible for:
Organizing and Collecting Releases
Organizing Timecards, Start Work and other paperwork
Hiring and managing PAs
Overseeing the purchasing of crafty, lunches and other on site needs
Assisting Producing Team
Booking Travel
Petty Cash
Basic Scheduling and Communicating

This is a very fun rewarding show. No two episodes are the same and it is the rare TV experience in which you get to GIVE back to the community and people in need. That being said it also involves celebrities, fun activities, cool locations and will definitely be a blast.

Job Description

As part of the *** U Cable Creative Marketing Department, the production coordinator will be responsible for operational and project management duties involved with show marketing campaigns across BRAVO, E!, OXYGEN, SYFY, USA NET****, and UNIVERSAL ****.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production, approvals, and delivery process for a high volume of show marketing deliverables including On Air, Social, Digital, Paid *** , & Design
Track incoming creative briefs, manage assets and folder organization for new projects, and update status documents and tracking platforms accordingly
Act as a liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Programming/Development, Multiplatform, Social, Publicity, *** , Legal, Ad Sales, etc.
Effectively communicate project details such as deadlines, changes in schedule, and legal feedback to internal teams
Facilitate onboarding of new vendors and act as key communicator with vendors throughout the lifecycle of a project
Book VO Artists and VO auditions. Manage VO contracts, scheduling, and invoicing
Maintain all marketing music cues and reports

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry and/or post production
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, TV & Film or Advertising/Marketing preferred

Job Summary:

The Publishing Operations team oversees key components of Marvel's weekly publishing schedule. The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually. Some of the group's key duties include title and metadata management, manufacturing, and inventory management.

This role supports the publishing manufacturing process; working with external vendors and coordinating with internal lines of business to produce a variety of printed materials, with a focus on our trades and hardcover business. The Custom Productions Unit is looking for a Production Coordinator who is excited about creating engaging content while working with sponsors and partners across the *** Universal News Group platforms. You will report to the Coordinating Producer while supporting the entire team through all stages of production for linear, digital, events, and social platforms. As Production Coordinator, you will assists producers with specific tasks in support of the product development cycle. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, taking notes, maintaining project documentation, maintaining and tracking task database, developing parts of product budgets or schedules, performing research, coordinating testing processes, etc. Exhibit foundational project management skills. The Daily

Foundational knowledge of some project management principles including project scoping, budget development, schedule, work breakdown structures, task tracking, project communication, status reporting, risk management, testing and quality management.
Familiarity with development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
General understanding of all game development disciplines and their inputs into the content pipeline.

The Essentials

Your New Role...

The Office Coordinator helps to keep the Bucharest office running efficiently by managing the company's daily operations. Their responsibilities include maintaining office equipment, overseeing administrative staff, coordinating Health & Safety matters and coordinating office events. As part of their duties, they may also manage office supplies and handle basic financial duties.The Office Coordinator will also serve as the first point of contact for our clients, greeting office visitors and answering phone and email inquiries.

This role will suit someone with strong organizational skills who can work independently, as you will be the sole Coordinator for the Bucharest office reporting into the wider CEE facilities team. Fluent English and Romanian are required.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Provide strong administrative support to the Bucharest office
Ensuring the WBD's global company policies in real estate, workplace strategy and office use are implemented and followed.
Keep all office supplies stocked and office equipment in working order, monitoring the general aspect of the office and maintaining a clean environment.
Ensure that office visitors feel welcome and comfortable (front office reception service)
In charge with all office space related tasks, required office space, parking facilities.
Liaising with the building owner for any problems related to the company's location (air conditioner issues, office access, elevators etc.).
Cooperate with the Security Team regarding the maintenance of the office security system.
Coordinating Health & Safety (H&S) activities for all WBD entities in Romania in close cooperation with company H&S department and external H&S Provider (i.e. scheduling the annual Health & Safety training as required by the Labor legislation in force and making sure that all employees are taking the test)
Supporting onboarding of new employees i.e. supplying them with access cards, organizing medical examination etc. and ensuring company assets are returned at the end of an employment contract
Car Fleet Management coordination.
Managing office budget in the most effective way. Preparing PO's related to real estate costs and ensuring that invoices are receipted.
Providing administrative support for events and engagement activities organized in the office.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator, who will provide support specifically for the Director and Original Productions team. You will review elements of budgets, schedules and scripts to assist the diligence process as required. We will also ask you to support the department interns, and use industry knowledge to train interns.

This role will require being onsite 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

Assist in the smooth office operation within the production unit, which involves collaborating closely with the Finance and Accounting teams, as well as the IT and Facilities departments within the company.
To be the central point of contact across all reporting and systems within the *** + Production Process from Production to Post Production, including being gate holder for key technical software such as PIX, Aspera and others.
Manage production systems from budgeting, schedules, creative treatments/scripts/presentations, background checks, program delivery, production wrap materials, insurance, health and safety and security. Ensuring that materials are reviewed by the team and all documentation is tracked/saved.
Collect and collate suitable reference materials for rest of *** when production is in progress.
Create presentations as requested.
Handle the daily traffic of review production information & materials, and handling the sharing and archive process. Ensure all materials are available in good time.
Assist in meetings coordination with internal and external parties.
Diary management, crafting call sheets and movement orders as the need arises. Coordinating travel and location recess if required.
Liaise with safety and security partners (1st Option Safety, *** safety & security teams including Info Sec) as advised.
Translate documents as requested and/or collaborate closely with external translators to achieve timely outcomes.
Handle and process expenses & keeping accurate records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

A good understanding of Production Management and production processes, including postproduction and delivery stage.
Hands-on Production experience within the broadcast industry, both across scripted and non-scripted series having had input from prep, shoot, post and delivery stages.
Ability to manage and coordinate systems: PIX, Aspera and Scenechronize.
Solid understanding of industry terms, systems, protocols.
Proficient in Keynote (for Mac) and Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Knowledgeable of health & safety in production and the risk assessment process.
Proficient in production insurance requirements.
Great understanding of music reporting and rights clearance.

Skills Required
