Looking for a strong NYC-Based Production Coordinator who will be based mainly in our NYC office, but may also have the opportunity to travel domestically with crew on larger shoots.

Office responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Work with Producers to create schedules/call sheets
• Handle film permits
• Coordinate and book crew travel (flights, accommodations, rental cars, etc.). Create travel itineraries.
• Assist LP with accounting including setting up vendors, reconciling credit cards, creating PO's, handling petty cash
• Create and maintain release binders
• Managing deliverables
• Assisting with ordering/coordinating gear

Field responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Managing logistics for crew in the field
• Coordinating lunch
• Handling start paperwork and timecards
• Troubleshooting gear issues
• Assisting with releases
• Hiring local PA's

The ideal candidate has:
• 1-3 years of experience as a production coordinator
• Field experience as either a production coordinator or traveling PA
• Strong understanding of pre and post-production workflow
• Comfortable with Google Apps suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc)
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, etc...
• Accustomed to fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• Graceful under pressure and can deal with a multitude of personalities
• Proactive and doesn’t need to be told what to do, or to follow up

As Production Coordinator, you will assists producers with specific tasks in support of the product development cycle. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, taking notes, maintaining project documentation, maintaining and tracking task database, developing parts of product budgets or schedules, performing research, coordinating testing processes, etc. Exhibit foundational project management skills. Develop an understanding of the product development cycle - overall organization, processes and workflows.

The Daily

Foundational knowledge of some project management principles including project scoping, budget development, schedule, work breakdown structures, task tracking, project communication, status reporting, risk management, testing and quality management.
Familiarity with development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
General understanding of all game development disciplines and their inputs into the content pipeline.
Able to communicate concepts, verbally or in written format, to other disciplines. Interacts with others as necessary to facilitate the completion of deliverables.

The Essentials

A degree in a related discipline is helpful.
Experience with MIRO, JIRA and Co *** uence.
Experience in Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Tertiary degree in computer science or related areas an advantage.
Familiarity with the various phases of game development is a plus.

Your New Role...

The Office Coordinator helps to keep the Bucharest office running efficiently by managing the company's daily operations. Their responsibilities include maintaining office equipment, overseeing administrative staff, coordinating Health & Safety matters and coordinating office events. Your Role Accountabilities...

Provide strong administrative support to the Bucharest office
Ensuring the WBD's global company policies in real estate, workplace strategy and office use are implemented and followed.
Keep all office supplies stocked and office equipment in working order, monitoring the general aspect of the office and maintaining a clean environment.
Ensure that office visitors feel welcome and comfortable (front office reception service)
In charge with all office space related tasks, required office space, parking facilities.
Liaising with the building owner for any problems related to the company's location (air conditioner issues, office access, elevators etc.).
Cooperate with the Security Team regarding the maintenance of the office security system.
Coordinating Health & Safety (H&S) activities for all WBD entities in Romania in close cooperation with company H&S department and external H&S Provider (i.e. scheduling the annual Health & Safety training as required by the Labor legislation in force and making sure that all employees are taking the test)
Supporting onboarding of new employees i.e. supplying them with access cards, organizing medical examination etc. and ensuring company assets are returned at the end of an employment contract

Managing office budget in the most effective way. Preparing PO's related to real estate costs and ensuring that invoices are receipted.
Providing administrative support for events and engagement activities organized in the office.

Job Description

Do you have a passion for news and business? The Custom Productions Unit is looking for a Production Coordinator who is excited about creating engaging content while working with sponsors and partners across the *** Universal News Group platforms. You will report to the Coordinating Producer while supporting the entire team through all stages of production for linear, digital, events, and social platforms. As part of the team, you will interface with brands and internal stakeholders including executives, legal, standards, and on-air talent to assist inhighly produced strategic content while maintaining editorial standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including but not limited to organizing team trackers, meetings, and other documents
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on deadlines and workflow needs
Build production decks and recap materials for the team and clients
Oversee ongoing client engagements and workstreams
Support producers on team projects through all stages of production, including potential travel on-location for shoots and events
Handle confidential information and materials regarding collaborations with clients

Please Note: This is a project/limited term position, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.Salary range: $20.00-$27.00/hour.

Job Summary:

The Publishing Operations team oversees key components of Marvel's weekly publishing schedule. The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually. Some of the group's key duties include title and metadata management, manufacturing, and inventory management.

This role supports the publishing manufacturing process; working with external vendors and coordinating with internal lines of business to produce a variety of printed materials, with a focus on our trades and hardcover business. This includes the responsibility for coordinating Marvel's weekly comic production workflow. The candidate would be responsible for tracking and following up on all stakeholder approvals before sending the books to production. And assist the shipping manager with tracking the weekly deliveries to our distributors.

Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator, who will provide support specifically for the Director and Original Productions team. You will review elements of budgets, schedules and scripts to assist the diligence process as required. We will also ask you to support the department interns, and use industry knowledge to train interns.

What You Will Do

Assist in the smooth office operation within the production unit, which involves collaborating closely with the Finance and Accounting teams, as well as the IT and Facilities departments within the company.
