Seeking an organized and motivated production coordinator from Thursday, September 24th through Friday, October 2nd (with possibility to extend). We are a small production company based in NYC. We primarily produce documentaries, live/virtual events, and corporate projects.

Must have experience in both production and administrative positions. Looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. Must have excellent research skills, as well as professional and polished written and verbal etiquette. Must have experience working with large clients. Must be a demonstrated problem-solver with good intuition.

Responsibilities include coordinating shoots, booking crews, renting equipment, creating expense reports, keeping track of budgets, as well as post coordination such as tracking materials, assembling notes, acting as the middleman between clients, and more.

Other duties may include general office management such as scheduling. Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently in a very busy, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment. Candidate should be flexible and capable of working on various aspects of the production process as needed. The ideal candidate has a go-getter attitude and meshes well with our small team.

This is a remote position, 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Must have your own computer with reliably fast Internet and the Microsoft Office Suite. Rate is $200/day. Interested applicants must provide a resume.

Administer weekly Production Dept. staff and facilities scheduling. Includes scheduling IATSE Stagecraft, Director, AD and Material Management staff. Update schedules daily as required and digitally generate and post via Microsoft Teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.

And assist the shipping manager with tracking the weekly deliveries to our distributors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate weekly manufacturing process for Marvel Publishing
• Compile and distribute weekly production schedules to partners

You will review elements of budgets, schedules and scripts to assist the diligence process as required.
