Job Requirements: On-location production (all travel costs covered).

A hit network program in their third season is looking for a production coordinator for a show that shoots primarily on the road. This is a paperwork heavy show and we are looking for someone very organized that can handle POs, invoices, logging papering, calling vendors; while helping to oversee the day-to-day office operations and coordinating with the field team's needs. Please read this part carefully - we are only considering candidates that have at least 6 production coordinator credits on reality/doc-type shows. We are not looking for a PA ready to make the jump up. We need someone that can just jump into the already filming project and start working. We're looking for someone that is great at multi-tasking, extremely organized and can prioritize tasks on short notice. The more reality TV credits you have, the better.

So again, please only apply if you have coordinated and have some traveling experience. Full rate. Weekly per diem when traveling or on the road with the field crew. We will be interviewing candidates over the next couple weeks. Candidates do NOT have to live in California, we will cover all travel costs to get you on the road with us. We just want the right candidate.

DUTIES:

Administer weekly Production Dept. staff and facilities scheduling. Includes scheduling IATSE Stagecraft, Director, AD and Material Management staff. Update schedules daily as required and digitally generate and post via Microsoft Teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in film, television, communications, marketing, management, or related field
Must have experience in live television, scheduling, production, or related field, preferably Production Coordinator experience.
Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.

Responsibilities
