Role Summary

The *** Universal Advertising and Partnerships Communications team is looking for a proactive self-starter who is passionate about communications and is willing to roll-up their sleeves and dive into all thing's internal communications, supporting the company's business goals and employee culture. The Communication Coordinator, Advertising and Partnerships, serves as a key member of the team aiding the department's day-to-day operations, ensuring that all aspects of the Communications department run smoothly.

This individual will specifically work on the Internal Communications vertical and will support communications responsibilities, including employee newsletters, events, and initiatives, keeping the division informed of updates across the organization as well as engaged in team culture. In addition, this individual will assist the team with various administrative functions and operational duties and may be involved in special projects across the group.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

Support administrative needs of the Communications department (coordinate calendar, IT, supplies and facilities services, set up and produce in-person and virtual meetings and events, take detailed notes during key meetings, keep external press lists and internal distribution lists up to date, maintain executive bios & headshots, organize team files, assist with meeting prep, develop decks, as well as help to manage billing, invoices and expenses, and book travel as needed)
Support administrative needs for the Head of Communications for the Advertising & Partnerships division, including managing the calendar, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, booking travel, managing expenses, and maintaining discretion at all times.

Internal Content:

Utilize strong writing skills in the format of employee newsletters, memos, and calendar invites with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all employee communications are streamlined, accurate, and relevant.
Regularly update various internal communications platforms with the latest information.
Create internal surveys to assess the division's needs.
Develop creative decks for internal events and meetings to tell a cohesive story with a particular internal audience.

Internal Events:

Serve as a key member of the Communications team, helping execute internal events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person), including managing the logistics, tech, and flow and ensuring speakers and audience members have clear and concise information.
Develop briefing materials and assist in preparing key executives on the logistics of internal events, including run of show, participants, background information, and talking points.
Create registration forms and manage RSVP lists for internal events.

The Publishing Operations team oversees key components of Marvel's weekly publishing schedule. The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually. Some of the group's key duties include title and metadata management, manufacturing, and inventory management.

This role supports the publishing manufacturing process; working with external vendors and coordinating with internal lines of business to produce a variety of printed materials, with a focus on our trades and hardcover business. This includes the responsibility for coordinating Marvel's weekly comic production workflow. And assist the shipping manager with tracking the weekly deliveries to our distributors.

• Coordinate weekly manufacturing process for Marvel Publishing
• Compile and distribute weekly production schedules to partners
• Coordinate vendor bids
• Assist with daily operations of file transfer site and weekly transmission of files to printers

Job Description

Do you have a passion for news and business? The Custom Productions Unit is looking for a Production Coordinator who is excited about creating engaging content while working with sponsors and partners across the *** Universal News Group platforms. You will report to the Coordinating Producer while supporting the entire team through all stages of production for linear, digital, events, and social platforms. As part of the team, you will interface with brands and internal stakeholders including executives, legal, standards, and on-air talent to assist inhighly produced strategic content while maintaining editorial standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including but not limited to organizing team trackers, meetings, and other documents
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on deadlines and workflow needs
Build production decks and recap materials for the team and clients
Oversee ongoing client engagements and workstreams
Support producers on team projects through all stages of production, including potential travel on-location for shoots and events
Handle confidential information and materials regarding collaborations with clients

Qualifications

4-year college degree or equivalent experience in journalism, marketing/business, or communicationswith an interest in storytelling.

The Office Coordinator helps to keep the Bucharest office running efficiently by managing the company's daily operations. We are looking for a Production Coordinator, who will provide support specifically for the Director and Original Productions team. You will review elements of budgets, schedules and scripts to assist the diligence process as required. What You Will Do
