Long running, 10th season reality show seeking driven, self motivated Production Coordinators in Washington DC.

Start date is September first and will run through to on or about the last week of September.

Your job will mainly consist of (but not be limited to) getting crews out in the AM, managing crew meals, Completing PR's and turning them in to the office , assisting and reminding crews to fill and submit their weekly timecards, filling out start paperwork with new crew, manage your field kits and vehicles and keep them clean and fueled, handling any permits that your crew requires and any associated prep during normal filming.

This is a 6day/week position.

To be considered....
You MUST be LOCAL to Washington DC (or the immediate surrounding area).
Have FULL availability for the above dates
Be comfortable taking a crew into the field on your own.
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must have a vehicle to get to and from work
Have a valid Passport that will not expire this year.
Be comfortable driving Mini-vans, Cargo vans.
Have excellent money handling skills
Be prepared to get into the permitting/location procurement process.
Possess good release/set etiquette.
Be able to manage and organize important documents (releases, location agreements, checks, timecards, PR's etc)

We do not cover mileage to or from set when you are reporting to work.
No Per Diem or Cell Phone reimbursements

As part of the *** U Cable Creative Marketing Department, the production coordinator will be responsible for operational and project management duties involved with show marketing campaigns across BRAVO, E!, OXYGEN, SYFY, USA NET****, and UNIVERSAL ****.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production, approvals, and delivery process for a high volume of show marketing deliverables including On Air, Social, Digital, Paid *** , & Design
Track incoming creative briefs, manage assets and folder organization for new projects, and update status documents and tracking platforms accordingly

The Publishing Operations team oversees key components of Marvel's weekly publishing schedule. The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually. Some of the group's key duties include title and metadata management, manufacturing, and inventory management.

The Office Coordinator helps to keep the Bucharest office running efficiently by managing the company's daily operations. We are looking for a Production Coordinator, who will provide support specifically for the Director and Original Productions team. You will review elements of budgets, schedules and scripts to assist the diligence process as required.
