The streaming international team is looking for a Creative Project Manager reporting into the Sr Creative Operations Director. The role will partner closely with the Creative team and business partners. You will define project scope, develop timelines and milestones, plan and manage budget allocations, handle internal/external resources, facilitate reviews and communication, and ensure project delivery requirements are met. In this role you will manage external creative agencies and production/post-production vendors.

Principal Responsibilities

-Manages global projects/campaigns/Asset production through the entire lifecycle: planning, creative, production, delivery, and wrap
-Defines project scope, including timeline, resources, labor hours, and external costs
-Manages, organizes, and distributes all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists and post-project retrospectives
-Communicates project statuses at recurring cadences, identifying and troubleshooting issues/roadblocks
-Works closely Marketing Managers to understand business metrics and apply findings to future projects to improve performance
-Review and assess detailed brief and project plans provided by teammates/partners based on requirements, scope, budget, and required deliverables.
-Tracks projects using a project management software
-Communicates with management to ensure risks are properly addressed and escalated as necessary
Initiates vendor paperwork (including NDAs, SOWs, advance requests, etc.) and manage the vendor invoice process.

Requirements

-6+ years’ experience in creative project management of work across the media, entertainment industry video, photography, print/OOH, digital display/rich media, email, or website design
-Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
-High attention to detail including precise and effective written/verbal communication
-Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
-Ability to think strategically and implement methodically
-Experience in a project management or coordinator role within a creative environment
-Experience with project management applications and tools
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected
-Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach marketing efforts

The Audio Engineer, A1 is responsible for the sound mixing and quality of all PIX11 Morning's Show live broadcasts. Five plus (5+) years' experience in professional live television broadcast operations required.

Previous live show audio mixing experience required.

Experience with Wheatstone, CalRec and Yamaha audio boards as well as Dante Audio required. Must be proficient in operation of RTS's AZ Edit.

Working knowledge of Shure wireless workbench.

Must work well in a collaborative team environment and be able to multitask.

Excellent PC and Network skills along with working knowledge of common business software applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Bachelor's degree in communications or related field preferred.

The hourly rate is starting at $43
