OVERVIEW Responsible for the strategy alignment and the launch plan of all assigned marketing campaigns, working on multiple franchises and series across *** / *** Entertainment *** . Also responsible for managing and leading seamless day-to-day strategic alignment of the marketing department on their given launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success and ensure the highest level of quality. The ideal candidate has a passion for TV and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and partnerships, with a strong understanding of the ever-changing *** landscape.
Responsibilities • Drive the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns for hit franchises and series across *** / *** Entertainment ***
• Identify campaign goals based on role of the show ie. viewership, branding, sales, comms, etc.
• Work alongside *** & Research teams to identify key audiences opportunities and determine critical metrics and KPIs
• Develop the campaign roadmap and key beats from start to finish
- Including but not limited to: Announcement plans, creative deliverables (trailers, teasers, graphics packages, posters, sneaks, talent engagement), timing and alignment across platforms, etc
• Maintain strategy alignment and priority management throughout project
• Identify and manage cross company-company opportunities
• Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance campaign reach and impact
• Work closely with series and talent team to ensure their vision and goals are reflected in the marketing campaigns
• Analyze data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance
• Communicate campaign updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer trends and behaviors, and use insights to inform marketing strategies
QUALIFICATIONS • 3-5 years of experience in entertainment industry, ideally at a streaming, social or linear platform
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience navigating cross-functional organizations
• Strong prioritization, organization, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Comfortable working across all levels of an organization
• Ability to work both independently and with a team, mentor, encourage and lead others, proactively gather consensus from multiple internal partners, and be able to change tasks quickly based on shifts in priorities or urgent deadlines
• Have a creative outlook; are constantly looking for new ways to delight and inspire audiences
• Easily understand social, audience, and viewership data in order to make informed campaign decisions
• Ability to see the big picture while also focusing on the details

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $135,000.00 - 135,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
