The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of multiple television stations and will supervise and train Station Accounting personnel. Duties will include preparation of journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, financial statements, fixed asset reporting and annual budget preparation.

What You'll Do

As a Freelance Senior AEM Developer, you'll be instrumental in innovating and developing immersive digital experiences on cutting-edge, large-scale, enterprise consumer-facing websites. **** is looking for a strong General Sales Manager to help guide our local and national sales efforts. This position requires an individual who possesses strong leadership skills who can direct a local sales team in selling new business and creating revenue streams through a multi-screen integrated approach. The candidate must have a successful track record in sales management, staff recruitment and developmental skills as well as strong leadership capabilities.

In this position you will:

Achieve/exceed budgeted financial goals and grow the station's revenue share against overall market marketing spending
Train, manage, and motivate all sales personnel
Manage sales for the station including local, national, new business television and digital interactive revenue streams
Train sales team to sell products and services
Lead sales promotions and develop non-traditional revenue sources
Manage and control sales revenue by developing strong relationships with local clients
Work with the promotions department to create sales opportunities
Other responsibilities as assigned

A proven track record of new business success is a must.

Additional responsibilities will include exceeding revenue goals, forecasting, inventory control and pricing, sales promotion, development of non-traditional revenue sources, as well as new *** and strategic planning. Excellent inventory management is essential, knowledge of Nielsen and Comscore ratings services, and familiarity with OSI a plus!
Required Skills
Requirements:

3-5 years experience in TV Sales Management
Hands on TV advertising sales and operational background is a must
Ability to grow revenue through digital interactive and other approaches
Strong and positive leadership skills
Highly skilled leader, negotiator and motivator
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OSI preferred

In addition to our regular newscasts, our sports team produces a half-hour sports program on weekdays. We extensively cover South Carolina, Clemson and high school sports. This position is for a visionary who's passionate about journalism and story-telling. This person needs to be an effective coach who can take this team to the next level.

Requirements and Qualifications include:

A manager who can teach and help with development of staff
Must be able to shoot, write, and edit your own material
Sharp wit and the ability to work well with others
Ability to connect with a wide audience in social ***
Must be a self-starter and who can generate his or her own story ideas on a daily basis
The ability to demonstrate enterprise sports reporting and creativity in story-telling
Must possess exemplary communication skills

Previous sports anchoring and sports reporting experience is required

*** Group is looking for an ERP Systems Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and directing both the activities of Oracle Application Analysts and contractors who support and provide services for Oracle Cloud Financials/HCM/SCM and related third-party applications. They are also responsible for overseeing all project related and enhancement related changes and/or break-fix activities as it pertains to any of the SBG supported systems.

JOB DUTIES

Supervise Oracle Application Functional Specialist team members
Oversee and provide direction to onsite and offshore team members which provide level 1 application support
Act as an adviser and liaison for the Oracle Application Development and support teams including both on shore and off-shore team members
Coordinate support activities with our Hosting Provider and Oracle Support
Serving as a liaison to senior IT management, reporting on the status of large projects, identifying issues and assessing their impact, and proactively recommending solutions
Partner with the PMO to gather and document user and functional business requirements to support upgrades, enhancements, change and/or fixes to existing or new systems
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the activities of outside vendors to ensure their ongoing alignment with global project and business goals
Manage customer relationships with supported business groups
Develop and maintain system documentation (including but not limited to trouble shooting and audit requirements)
Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of vision and strategy, and foster a positive work environment
Hiring, training, mentoring, motivating and evaluating team members

OTHER IMPORTANT DUTIES

Ensure familiarity and compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge:

3 - 5 years working knowledge of Oracle Cloud in one or more modules (HCM, Finance, SCM)
Advanced knowledge of business processes such as AP/AR, Procure to Pay, Invoice to Cash, Time and Labor, Payroll, Core HR for supported business groups

Management Skills:

Ability to analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, and possess good time management skills
Ability and willingness to achieve organizational and individual goals by seizing opportunities and learning from experience
Ability to build consensus, use active listening skills, and work harmoniously with others in getting a job done while promoting a culture of teamwork, excellence, and integrity

Strong functional and moderate technical skills in Oracle Cloud Financial, HCM and SCM modules, including but not limited to:

Application Troubleshooting
New Module implementation
Ability to create and work and ser *** tickets with our Hosting provider and Oracle Support
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software

Experience

A bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or equivalent experience required in computer studies or related business area
3 - 5 years experience Oracle ERP hands on experience
Oracle Cloud experience is preferred
3 - 5 years of managerial experience
