This role will be a part of a larger marketing team that represents all of *** Marketing and the *** digital ecosystem. This highly cross-functional role will require building strong internal communication with the *** + team, creative services, production, partnerships, business development, operations, editorial, social and research.
Overview and Responsibilities:
- Support plans and schedule marketing campaigns within respective tools for a wide variety of entertainment and live sporting events (Hit *** programming, *** , UEFA Champions League, March Madness and more) to drive viewership critical metrics, app installs and *** + starts
- Assess weekly priorities and build a plan for app and site promotional placements and merchandising opportunities, working with key partners in marketing, product, design and editorial
- Work with curation teams to ensure all platforms build accurate show pages and update program art when it becomes available
- Innovate the processes that support the acquisition, delivery and trafficking of key creative assets as well as the production and dissemination of all link tracking across all marketing touch-points so that campaigns can be accurately attributed with the Business Intelligence team
- Support the process of submitting regular app store updates including descriptions, screenshots, video and in-app events
- Run the CRM efforts including Newsletters and Push Notifications, maintaining a schedule of events, coordinating with brand teams to source copy and design, reporting on performance and developing new test and learn opportunities
- Assist team leader with business development and build, complete and report on plans to fulfill *** barter deals
- Accountable for campaign recaps and the respective capture of screenshots and video/audio clips to build presentation materials and decks
- Coordinate a weekly email to *** leadership to gain the performance of our organic marketing campaigns including *** + free trial starts, app installs, unique viewers and streams, podcast and newsletter subscriptions
- Prepare updates for leadership teams on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis on product launches and feature updates
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product and/or digital marketing
- Experience testing and launching new product marketing tools, newsletters and campaigns
- Experience with app store submissions and familiarity with key placements (e.g. Apple in-app events
- Knowledgeable in user acquisition and testing tools including or similar to Branch, Kochava, Optimizely, data tools like Adobe Omniture and/or Google Data Studio, project management tools such as Trello, JIRA, Co *** uence or Asana and knowledge of CMS systems
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS, SQL, and Javascript programming languages
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to sudden changes in schedules and business priorities
- Communication skills essential; can collaborate effectively across various departments

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $74,500.00 - 93,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
