We are looking for a Licensing Sales Manager for our Istanbul office with a Fixed Term Contract (End date: 31/01/2025).

Overall Purpose of the Role
Responsible for key commercial licensing activities with a specific focus on the relevant category. Covering a wide portfolio of licensees, implement and execute regional (EMEA) long-term and fiscal year strategies to maximise the product category to reach all consumer demographics and maximise sales and earned revenue.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

In conjunction with Senior Licensing Sales Manager/Licensing Sales Director, and in line with the regional strategy, develop, set and execute local market strategies for the relevant category in conjunction with relevant stakeholders including plans for new business for each sub-category and franchise.
Manage the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, developing licensee objectives and initiatives to drive growth, working with franchise, marketing, product development and finance.
Actively manage and cultivate the relationship engagement, partnership and joint business planning as appropriate with each licensee, new and existing.
Conduct or be involved in contract negotiations with licensees and distributors as appropriate to maximise *** royalty revenue and appropriately inform all key stakeholders with the relevant information (global, EMEA and local as required).
Work closely with the regional creative teams, local product approvers, franchise and marketing teams to support the sale of the product as required by the licensee/retailer.
Communicate the International Labour Standards (ILS) process and be the conduit *** ween the supplier and *** (TWDC) ILS team as directed.
Collaborate and develop strong relationships with *** market teams providing information and regular strategy and franchise updates as well as understanding and satisfying local market needs and differences. Utilise these relationships to share best practices.
With the support of senior managers and in conjunction with the legal team, deal with any legal issues affecting the licensees.

The Experience We Require From You:

A background in fashion buying and product development, merchandising or commercial fashion sales (for Softline roles only),
Manager-level experience in a commercial function within the FMCG sector with direct P&L responsibility essential (for FMCG roles only),
Experience in consumer products commercialisation
Proven experience in building effective relationships, leading and managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve financial targets and joint goals,

Skills Required

Fluent English is a must for this role.
Financial acumen - an ability to translate numbers into a working plan.

Responsible for the appraisal, selection, and description of archival collections. Supervise Archival Representatives, and other support staff and interns as assigned, to ensure they perform their duties appropriately. Provide training and coaching as needed.
Liaise with Producers, Production Department HOD's and Coordinators to ensure Archive staff have the access necessary to select assets and arrange transfer to and from the Archive. Support and ser *** Production requests for research, reuse, and repurposing.
Partner with Warehouse staff to ensure asset movement is seamless, and workspaces are in place to support the transfer of assets to and from Archives.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and accepted workflows. Ensure assets are processed correctly and any weeding is communicated effectively to the Warehouse Supervisor to move non-selected assets through proper disposition workflows.

Experience & Qualifications

Min 5 years' experience in Archives and Entertainment required
Previous experience working with inventory systems (Asset Hub highly preferred)
Previous experience with project management software (Asana highly preferred)

This role and team primarily manage a portfolio of contracted partners in the region, facilitated by the role's deep understanding of the travel trade industry from a sales and distribution standpoint. These contracted partners include major travel agencies, transport providers (such as airlines), local in-market distributors (such as land operators), tourism board and associations. This role and team have to drive all business development efforts to facilitate sales conversions and gain marketing exposure from all these partners, and bring in guests from the responsible source markets into HKDL. Moreover, these contracted partners all have different business models and focuses, and therefore this role and team, through working closely with Senior International Business Development Director, have to constantly adapt to evolving business environment in different markets by formulating appropriate strategies and tactics to mobilize these partners, in order to meet revenue goals. Apart from managing core product availability and itinerary inclusion issues with these partners, this role and team also have to be the primary owner of all clients- and markets-related activities, such as channel marketing promotions (e.g. point-of-sales materials, co-op advertising, B2C sales events), product education efforts for all levels within these partners, regular collection and evaluation of market intelligence, etc. With limited resources, this role and team have to constantly optimize resource allocation, and review the distribution effectiveness of each account. What's the role?

The Critical Infrastructure department is responsible for leading and supporting Data Center construction projects including expansion of existing facilities and construction of new facilities. The specific aspects of this team include design, bid/buyout processes, onsite construction coordination, financial management and close-out. Additionally, the Critical Infrastructure department supports and leads infrastructure at the Corporate Offices and Node Sites in North and South America. We are seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead and support Data Center Construction Projects in New Jersey.

The Data Center Project Manager will have responsibility to support multiple data center build project's coordination and detailed financial management throughout all phases. The role will include working alongside the Critical Infrastructure department and coordination with *** departments including Engineering, Network Operations, Security and other internal departments.

This is a role for a highly organized and significantly experienced Project Manager with a proven record in leading data center construction projects. Experience with Critical Electrical, Mechanical and Fire / Life Safety systems, planning and scheduling, due diligence, and the crucial financial governance that accompanies them is a priority. Experience of colocation facilities would also be an advantage.

We'll trust you to:

Provide leadership to the Data Center Project Management team with a broad set of responsibilities
Coordinate and lead the design, construction and commissioning of all critical systems, including but not limited to diesel generators, UPS systems, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, chillers, HVAC equipment, fire detection/suppression and building monitoring systems
Coordinate and run all meetings including effectiveness, time management and documentation management
Coordinate and handle all change management processes including procedural developments and risk assessments

You'll need to have:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering or closely related field
Minimum three (3) years' experience in Data Center Project Management
Financial Project Management and Governance Experience greater than $25 Million
Experience with the operation and maintenance of Critical Infrastructure and Systems
Experience and knowledge within a data center environment including Utility Systems, UPS Systems, Emergency Generator Systems, Electrical Distribution, Chilled Water Systems, Critical Air Handling / Conditioning Systems, Pre-Action Systems and Fire Alarm / Protection Systems
