About the Role & Team
"We make magic!" That's our motto at *** Parks and Resorts, and it permeates everything we do. We are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join the Client Success Team! In this role, you will deliver Training, Events, and Merchandise programs for Domestic and International sales channels. You will assist with administrative tasks, logistics support, and pre-event preparation for all on-site, training, and event programs. This includes training and events for *** World Resort, *** Cruise Line, *** land Resort, Adventures by *** , and Aulani, a *** Resort and Spa.
What You Will Do
- Support Cast Members by providing communication and assistance related to all on-site programs and events. Communication is via phone and/or email and includes pre-event preparation support and coordination, materials review, logistical details, and outliers, and/or other administrative tasks.
- Partner with internal collaborators to ensure the highest quality products/services are delivered to clients daily.
- During programs, anticipate needs and troubleshoot any client questions or concerns.
- Deliver, set up, and strike materials for one-day and multi-day learning programs including participant guides, water bottles, tote bags, markers, flip charts, character giveaways, sign-in sheets, name tags, ticket *** , activity materials, participant certificates, etc.
- Provide on-site event support in theme parks and resorts by assisting with name lists, updates, modification, and group entry into specific locations by maneuvering backstage and through venue set-up.
- Assist with tracking costs and expenses for each program, provide updates in the merchandise catalog, and run information in Microsoft Teams.
- Assist with facilitating resort site tours, ship tours, and the set-up of webcasts and cast product updates.
- Handle promotional product process to include orders and partner with cast and vendors and follow the Purchase Order process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet timelines with exceptional follow-up and coordination skills
- Demonstrated exceptional Guest ser *** and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, nights, holidays, and weekends based on business needs.
- Engaging facilitation skills and flexibility in a constantly evolving business environment
- Proven strong interpersonal skills and comfort in sharing creative new ideas
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to be a self-starter
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- High affinity for the *** brand
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish
- Proficiency in WorkFront,
- Previous event production experience
- Travel industry experience
- Strong working knowledge of *** World, *** land, *** Cruise Line, Adventures by *** and Aulani: A *** Resort & Spa products and services.
- Bachelor's Degree
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
