Workplace Operations & Supply Chain, through our services and applications provide an employee experience that drives innovation, collaboration, productivity, and transparency. Our Global Employee Operations Team is central to this effort by providing platinum support to 21,000 employees and over 500,000 annual visitors in over 170 state-of-the-art offices worldwide!
We are looking for a Business Analyst to identify, develop, implement, and drive strategic initiatives globally that automate processes and workflows for the products and services we provide to support employees. More specifically, leveraging *** developed no code/low code tools to orchestrate ser *** request automation and digital process transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across employee support workflows.
This individual is responsible for assessing the internal and external factors that can affect project outcomes, leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on time as well as work with stakeholders to inform the strategy and roadmap for technology initiatives. In addition, overseeing all aspects of a project such as timelines, scope, requirements, and sprint management to ensure the initiatives stay on track.
We'll trust you to:
- Set, develop and implement automatio *** iorities aligned to strategic initiatives
- Through an agile framework, deliver automation solutions across Employee Support workflows, taking a hands-on approach to driving incremental change and improvements
- Manage automation projects that streamline product and ser *** problems, make decisions, and prioritize work to stay on track towards business deliverables
- Develop a roadmap for automation opportunities-Leverage data/evidence-driven approach to determine project success criteria, monitor results, and measure impact
- Communicate with and manage business and cross departmental stakeholders at all levels
- Understand industry trends in the customer ser *** automation space to contribute to the development of our internal tools-Promote team synergy among operational partners, stakeholders, and vendors
- Identify impediments and take a proactive approach at finding ways to remove roadblocks
- Effective decision-maker to balance risks and benefits for overall good of the organization
- Take a hands-on approach towards implementing automation opportunities
- Manage tasks related to maintenance and administration of automations for Employee Operations
You'll need to have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- Experience developing in low/medium code tools to orchestrate and automate processes
- Advanced coding skills in Python
- Experience with ServiceNow app engine and no code/low code solutions a plus
- Experience with RPA, scripting, and utilizing common libraries and APIs in coding
- Experience working in an Agile environment to deliver products and services
- Experience writing both functional and technical documentation
- Proven track record leveraging data to make insights and inform the project strategy such as Excel to analyze data
- The ability to articulate ideas and garner support for initiatives
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude
- Consistent track record to work autonomously
