SUMMARY: Support the Studio’s mission to be the studio of choice by providing our clients with the finest customer service and support. The Stage Manager is a primary liaison for information and problem solving between the studio and our clients. This position is responsible for assuring the client is well taken care of and any production related requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. RESPONSIBILITES:
• Work closely with all studio departments to assure optimum communication of all production activities.
• Closely monitor and manage stages, support space and production related areas at the facility.
• Assist Security and Parking team with accommodating production needs.
• Accurately communicate any billable services to Sylmar Studios Finance Department.
• Identify any issues with the studio’s facilities and report the problems to the appropriate studio department.
• Educate and ensure the production clients comply with all studio policies and procedures, as well as all government regulations, fire and safety codes, cleanliness, etc.
• Act as the main repository for all production activities and efficiently communicate to all

• Supervise third-party furniture supplier during move-in and move-out periods.
