I am looking for a highly efficient production manager to work with me to manage the entire production for a series of 1-hour adaptation feature films filmed over the course of 6 days. We will need help sourcing locations, props, setting budgets and schedules and dealing with permits. This is a freelance to full-time position, and we will be filming about 2 of these per month for the rest of the year.

We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant, used to working with small documentary crews or a few days filming in Hollywood. We will record sit down interviews and couple broll shots around Los Angeles. Seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Manager for a non-union show with extensive domestic travel.
This is a field position and will require travel. Project begins prep June 3 and is a long running project for the right candidate. Los Angeles applicant is preferred , but open to any qualified candidate even if not LA based.

Main Responsibilities:
Secure permits and location agreements
Coordinate crew and gear logistics
Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for cast and crew

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager, preferably in Reality TV.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Per Diem is paid for travel days / Rate 2200 -2500 commensurate with experience

We are looking for a Line Producer for a first season follow-doc series shooting in Los Angeles and in various cities across the US and Europe. LP will be in charge of hiring (with EP's). Candidate should be skilled in managing all production logistics, financial oversight, tracking and reporting as well as working with post team to develop post schedule. LP will have some travel, but mostly will have a PM that will travel. When traveling all costs are covered by production with $50/day per diem. Must have valid passport.

Position will be remote but must be willing to come to office in Burbank when needed.

Looking to hire a seasoned LP for a first season docu-series in the Houston area.

This position provides management, leadership and oversight across a logistic-heavy production with many moving parts and tight timelines to stay on top of.

This role will work closely with the EP/Showrunner in the field, reporting to the company’s Production Executive in LA to ensure the production is fully supported to meet the creative needs, whilst staying on schedule and on budget, ensuring the safety of cast and crew are always a priority.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production management, ensuring creative and logistic expectations are met by facilitating communication, thinking strategically, leveraging efficiencies, utilizing local resources and relationships while maximizing budgetary and schedule parameters.

This person must have a strong background in production management on docu-series.

SKILLS:
- Experience with overseeing production logistics on various documentary and reality shows
- Working knowledge of labor laws and
- Understanding of Music licensing, as the production will shoot live bands performances and will need to ensure we have all necessary licenses

Working on an unscripted sports doc series and I am looking for a local PA to join our crew. 1-day shoot in the Saratoga Springs area, 1 prep and wrap day. Open to Albany res who can work locally for the day.

You Should:
- Be local to the area or can commute from nearby, lodging is not provided.
- Have a valid driver's license and are capable of driving a rental off a lot.
- Know your way around Saratoga Springs and neighboring cities.
- Must have at least 5 listed credits on a working set or location.

Duties include:
- Driving crew and gear to and from locations (Travel vans provided by the production)
- Loading and unloading gear.
- Helping on set as needed.
