Overview
The Post-Production Producer must be able coordinate multiple ongoing post projects and duties at once. It is his/her responsibility to successfully coordinate scheduling personnel, coordinate timelines, organize workflow and track all post production projects so that deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
• Employee Successfully coordinates scheduling and tracks post-production projects to meet deliverables and deadlines
• Effectively communicates with Clients, Account Directors/Managers, Creative Directors, Producers and Post team
• Responsible for coordinating and tracking all source-material video and audio elements and the assets that are part of the production
• Routes projects for review, approval, and final delivery
• Oversee completion, quality assurance, and delivery
• Maintain post workflow records
• Ensures and oversees consistent quality control
• Employee successfully manages available resources
• Sets internal project goals for turn around and editing standards
• Will work closely with Director of Post Production and Editorial teams
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Post-Production PM or similar position
• Experience with Editing
• Familiar with Motion Graphics
• Experience using Mac OSX, Adobe Premiere, and/or the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience utilizing project work flow management software and tools
• Experience working in an Agile Environment is a plus
• Must be creative, detail-oriented problem solver with strong organization and communication skills
• Must have a strong understanding of the logistics of the post-production process
• Ability to clearly communicate with individuals at different levels
• Ability to manage multiple high priority projects, meet deadlines and determination to follow-through
• Must be committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced but fun work environment
