Looking for a Production Associate with a Swiss Army Knife skill set. The position requires the candidate to be part Production Assistant, part Administrative Assistant, part Development Coordinator, part Coordinator . You must be willing to greet visitors at our front desk, coordinate office administrative tasks and still work as a key member of our development. It is an entry-level position for someone who wants to really learn the business of developing new unscripted shows while being a valuable player in a great many parts of our business.

Must have Microsoft Office skills and simple editing skills in Avid or Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro are a bonus as you will be working closely with the owners of the company to develop new shows while assisting them in the day-to-day tasks required to run a business.

We look for people who are self-starters, have great people skills and take the initiative and aren't afraid to admit they made a mistake as we all do. This is a position where you can showcase your drive to be successful in the entertainment business while you learn a great many phase. Job Description

Manage all client campaigns through the project lifecycle, including scoping projects and timelines, creating estimates, as well as managing budgets and work-back schedules. Facilitate consistent communication *** ween the agency's Creative, Project Management and Account Management teams, assuring the on-time delivery of all client campaigns to ensure they remain on-budget, on-time and on-quality (tactical).

The Project Manager works closely with vendors/contractors assigned to their campaigns, managing them within scope and budget, as well as assuring their elements are executed on-quality (tactical) and on-time in support of the overarching campaign deliverables.
