Fast-paced reality television production company is looking for a seasoned Line Producer to work on an unscripted series for a major network.

Candidate must be local to LA and have multiple Line Producer credits on unscripted series.

Oversee all financial operations for the Production (Production, Creative & Post) located in LA
Approve and make decisions to support Creative in their needs
Oversee the Prod Management team and support PM to ensure schedule is on par with budget
Update show calendar and daily update grids
Track costs, produce cost reports, sign off on all POs, Cashèt, Amex, PC and PCards
Take the lead and manage all shoots to ensure that all protocol and procedures are followed correctly
Support all Post needs and ensure that schedule and budget is being maintained
Oversee all clearance & legal issues, liaising directly with Producers, in-house legal team (marked up releases, logos etc)
Will handle all deal memos, hire and approve all new employee and or crew rates

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION:
A Production Assistant supports all aspects of the film production and art department. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, to help keep the production running smoothly and problem-free. This person is self motivated and takes initiative with daily tasks. This position requires physical strength, stamina and high energy with the ability to lift 50lbs or more. One in this position needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
- Perform administrative office work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Assistance with casting
- Loading / unloading of set pieces, props and equipment.
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist producer, assistant directors, art department, directors, camera people and other crew members
- Help distribute on set documents as needed (e.g. scripts, call sheets, etc.)
- Assist with researching and sourcing materials
- Using personal automobile for runs and various tasks is a plus
- Act as a runner distributing messages or shopping for items
- Undertake all errands as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience working on a set
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Great with communication
- Knowledge of Physical production required, and previous experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient
- Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required

Please Note: This is a Per Diem position and PAs are hired as shoots are scheduled. There is no specific start or end date. Current filming is mostly TikTok.

We are a high paced reality show looking to book a few PA's (various positions) to help us with an offsite shoot starting July 28th - September 30th.


- Must have the full work available (10 hrs minimum)
- No car necessary, but would be a plus!

Need a PA for a documentary interview in Santa Monica tomorrow Wednesday 5/22 at 11am.

PA will help with gear unload and basic assistance on set up and break down.

Call time at 11am and wrap by 5pm. Should be an easy, laid back shoot.

SUMMARY: Support the Studio’s mission to be the studio of choice by providing our clients with the finest customer service and support. The Stage Manager is a primary liaison for information and problem solving between the studio and our clients. This position is responsible for assuring the client is well taken care of and any production related requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. The goal is to instill the utmost confidence with the client and handle all situations with a professional, friendly and supportive approach.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Work closely with all studio departments to assure optimum communication of all production activities.
• Closely monitor and manage stages, support space and production related areas at the facility.
• Assist Security and Parking team with accommodating production needs.
• Accurately communicate any billable services to Sylmar Studios Finance Department.
• Identify any issues with the studio’s facilities and report the problems to the appropriate studio department.
• Educate and ensure the production clients comply with all studio policies and procedures, as well as all government regulations, fire and safety codes, cleanliness, etc.
• Act as the main repository for all production activities and efficiently communicate to all
• Sylmar Studios departments in order to provide the client with seamless solutions.
• Complete Sylmar Studios production reports in a timely, accurate and thorough manner.
• Complete daily stage checks and assure client paperwork is accurate. Responsible for
• opening stages and securing stages and production areas at time of wrap and keeping an accurate log of activities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance and repair issues in addition to any safety violations. Ensure that all fire extinguishers in production areas are in good working order.
• Participate in client walks when required, including tech scouts for any location shoots taking place on the properties.
• Understand the studio’s emergency preparedness plan, fire regulations and safety protocols.
• Responsible for hazmat collection and disposal program.
• Coordinate 3 and 40 yard trash bins for clients.
• Supervise third-party furniture supplier during move-in and move-out periods.
• Participate in OSHA, Fire Safety, Forklift and Hazmat certification programs.
• Prepares and processes expense reports in accordance with studio policies.
• Responsible of pantry, office supplies and office equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• General understanding of production and studio operations business is key.

Hourly position paid on a bi-weekly pay schedule. 28.85-36.00/hour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPOSURES:
Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a seated position, go outside, stand, walk and move about the property, climb stairs, bend and reach. Vision with or without correction must be sufficient to read. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds daily; up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to express or exchange ideas by means of talking and impart thoughts or ideas accurately.

Fluctuating Work Hours: Production schedules change constantly. This position needs to be flexible as it relates to a predicable work schedule. Since this position supports production clients, Stage Managers must be prepared to align their schedules based on the demand of the clients.

Exposures: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is rarely exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; blood borne pathogens.

We are looking for a Line Producer for a first season follow-doc series shooting in Los Angeles and in various cities across the US and Europe. LP will be in charge of hiring (with EP's). Candidate should be skilled in managing all production logistics, financial oversight, tracking and reporting as well as working with post team to develop post schedule. LP will have some travel, but mostly will have a PM that will travel. When traveling all costs are covered by production with $50/day per diem. Must have valid passport.

Position will be remote but must be willing to come to office in Burbank when needed.

This position provides management, leadership and oversight across a logistic-heavy production with many moving parts and tight timelines to stay on top of.

This role will work closely with the EP/Showrunner in the field, reporting to the company’s Production Executive in LA to ensure the production is fully supported to meet the creative needs, whilst staying on schedule and on budget, ensuring the safety of cast and crew are always a priority.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production management, ensuring creative and logistic expectations are met by facilitating communication, thinking strategically, leveraging efficiencies, utilizing local resources and relationships while maximizing budgetary and schedule parameters.

This person must have a strong background in production management on docu-series.
