Guests will be able to explore interactive exhibits, get an up-close look at maker technology, and attend talks, panels, and small workshops with top creators. Our team members will support the Client team in ticketing/check-in, merchandise sales, event flow etc. to ensure guests have a great experience.

Describe Work Environment:
Event will be hosted in Daly City next to San Francisco.. Staff will be expected to stand or sit for long periods of time in a variety of stations depending on the staffing rotation. Project/event is over the weekend and will require morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:
Call all technical cues during discussions/panels
Ensure stage, light, & sound are set up and ready to go
Work directly with producers/Open Sauce team
Review and execute run of show
Work with talent team to ensure all speakers are checked in and ready

Experience/Requirements:
Must have experience with live shows/theater
Plus if you have knowledge of or are an active consumer of YouTube Creator content
Experience with VIP Talent
Customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Awareness of guest interaction, safety, and overall guest experience
Must have a positive, outgoing, energetic demeanor and able to maintain a good attitude
Must be at least 18 years of age upon start of employment
Must be eligible to work in the United States

I am looking for a Prop Assistant/ PA for a low-budget horror film feature filming in DTLA and Santa Clarita Valley June 10—14 and June 17- 19.


All props have been purchased. I am looking for a Prop Assistant/PA to organize props and be responsible for them for the entirety of the shoot and filming in 3 locations with 150 props.

The rate is $250 per day

We're looking for 2 PAs for a 5-day documentary shoot in LA, for a non-union Hulu show. Working from Sunday, May 12th to Wednesday, May 15th.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
PA duties will include but are not limited to: Taking lunch orders, unloading gear cases, moving heavy furniture, helping keep set clean, printing & scanning. Must have your own vehicle.

At The QYOU we harness the power of creators and their communities for world-class influencer marketing / social media campaigns for leading brands and clients such as Paramount, HULU, Disney, Hyundai, Ubisoft, CAPCOM, Warner Bros, Sony, and many more.

As Digital Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating influencer production, managing brand channel content deliverables, and communicating content/asset deadlines to internal parties to meet campaign milestones. You will work closely with internal teams to support content and production requirements during both pre and post sale of a campaign, and report to the VP of QYOU Studios.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in coordinating social media and/or digital marketing campaigns with hands-on production skills (pre and post production). Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact with creators & managers for campaign deliverables and timelines.
Tracking and communicating content and production requirements to internal parties for influencer marketing campaigns and associated brand channels.
- Updating and maintaining the internal campaign execution calendar with key deadlines, and being able to communicate key dates to team members.
- Researching and organizing potential talent and trending format lists for campaign proposals and executions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

- Interest in entertainment (film, tv, gaming) and basic industry knowledge.

The Production Coordinator will act as a key player on the Production Management team that produces best-in-class video content. Primary Responsibilities:

Support Production Managers and Production team to coordinate and handle logistics for video shoots across the domestic US and internationally.

Research and file for permits as needed
Research local production guidelines for compliance
Arrange resources and logistical support as necessary for production
Maintain and update departmental crew lists

This person needs experience setting up fast-paced documentary/ reality shoots, securing filming permits, and confident working on location with talent and crew. Klein Creative Media is a local Redondo Beach production company that specializes in (but is not limited to) real estate, business, and drone videos. We are currently seeking someone to permanently fill the position of Office Assistant. Typical responsibilities of the office assistant include: creating call sheets, coordinating with clients and crew members, organizing and filing around the office, doing simple errands, and being the overall right-hand to the owner of Klein Creative Media.

This job requires someone who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and as a collaborative team. This is an entry-level position.
