*** is seeking a passionate, creative and collaborative marketer to support our i *** uencer engagement work across *** publicity and marketing. In this role you will be supporting and helping to build a team deploying best practices to ensure strategic implementation around our work with content creators. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of social platforms and understanding of the content creator landscape. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, love entertainment, cultural trends and being part of a high performing team.
Essential responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the develop and execution of i *** uencer campaigns, working cross-functionally to build and execute i *** uencer marketing strategies, briefs and tactics, collaborating with marketing, PR, Talent, social, and *** counterparts to build effective and earned *** driving i *** uencer campaigns
- Support Director, I *** uencer Engagement is upstarting new i *** uencer workstream
- Manage day to day communication with agency partners
- Stay abreast and socialize industry trends, i *** uencer and competitive landscape, identifying up and coming talent and content creators with brand ambassador potential
- Use creative judgement to i *** uence initial ideation and briefing process
- Accountability for recapping and tracking of campaign work, creating measurable KPIs the team can measure against, providing analysis and maintaining roster of talent to inform future work
- Parner with talent team on talent social audits and strategies, and support earned i *** uencer initiatives including Brand Ambassador Program efforts and guest list creation for events/activations
- Push boundaries to iterate and innovate the work
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of talent and social/content creator experience or relevant entertainment marketing experience
- Fluency of social platforms and best practices
- Deep knowledge of what makes successful content on social ***
- Hyper organized, adaptable and detailed oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently and keep pace in a quickly moving and ever-changing environment
- Ability to engage, collaborate and provide clear communication to cross functional teams
- Strong work ethic, self-starter with a dedication to excellence

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 (bonus eligible)
