Job Description
Join *** Universal *** Enterprises' Corporate Communications team as a Social *** Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our corporate identity and reputation across various digital platforms. This position demands a blend of creativity and strategic planning, with a focus on graphic design, analytics, content creation, and platform-specific content adaptation. The successful candidate needs to have experience in social *** and corporate communications and will be instrumental in engaging our B2B audience through compelling narratives and visually appealing posts that align with our corporate goals and brand standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content for all social *** platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. Responsibilities include writing copy for posts, designing and editing graphics, producing multi *** content, and/or suggesting existing graphics. Ensure all content reflects our corporate brand, visual identity, and aligns with our messaging and communication goals.
- Adapt and optimize content for the specific format and audience of each social *** platform, enhancing visibility and engagement.
- Implement both paid and organic social *** strategies that enhance our corporate reputation, increase brand awareness, and improve *** relations.
- Work closely with different departments, such as Marketing for content collaborations and Legal, along with the communications team to ensure unified and consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Continuously monitor social *** trends across the industry and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and apply insights to our strategies.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Monitor cross-platform digital mentions and conversations about *** U *** and its leadership, providing real-time reports on sentiment and volume.
- Keep abreast of larger conversations and digital trends related to the U.S. Hispanic market/audience and *** industry to assess potential participation by *** U *** or its executives.
- Track and evaluate the overall performance of corporate digital efforts against KPIs by analyzing metrics, insights, and best practices, and use these learnings to inform and drive strategy as needed.
- Produce ad-hoc reports on digital activities, conversations, or competitive sets to inform internal stakeholders and upper management about the current successes and future developments of *** U *** 's digital presence.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven track record as a Social *** Specialist or similar role within a corporate communications or marketing environment.
- Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for social *** in English and Spanish.
- Understanding of social *** analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of platforms such as but not limited to SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Later, Brandwatch.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
