What's the role?
The Agile Program and Change Management team within our Chief Accounting Office own and drive the project portfolio management, program/project management, change management, and agile/Scrum frameworks for our technology and operational departments within CAO. We support SAP and all related technology including core enterprise, business warehouse and intelligent automation as well business processes including Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Hire to Retire, Payroll and Supply Chain and partner closely with our Engineering teams.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, a master facilitator, an impeccable organizer, a believer in the power of agility. You're equally adept at leading large multi-workstream initiatives and rolling up your sleeves as a Scrum Master to enable teams to bring value to their businesses. Your system's mindset is always on the lookout for continuous improvement opportunities. Your communication and follow-through skills keep people informed and on track, and your empathy engenders trust. You work well with a team and perform well under pressure. You lead by example and understand the value of developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
We'll trust you to:
- Manage multiple concurrent technical and operational projects with broad i *** uence through effective governance, cross-team organization, proactive management of risks, issues, and dependencies, and leadership engagement
- Act as Scrum Master on one or more teams:
- Facilitate Scrum Events effectively (Daily Scrum, Refinement, Planning, Review and Retrospective)
- Empower the team to embrace continuous improvement and process discipline
- Coach the Product Owner to effectively articulate the team's vision and roadmap to the team and stakeholders
- Contribute to the enhancement and delivery of our frameworks in response to the evolving needs of our organization and teams
- Interact with and i *** uence all levels of the organization
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring accountability, good judgment, flexibility, and a hands-on approach
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of project/program management experience
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience and proficiency with JIRA
- Leadership facilitation experience to drive senior-level decision making through transparency and data/visualization
- Proven ability to i *** uence and lead with and without authority
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Strong organization skills and an eye for detail, balanced by an ability to summarize insights and present to various stakeholders across the organization
- A passion for Program Management, Scrum/scaling Scrum and the ability to work in both methodologies
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a genuine interest in driving sustainable, positive change
- Ability to work independently, solve problems and deal with ambiguity
- Strong proficiency MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
We'd love to see:
- Experience in full lifecycle program management for large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
- Experience implementing Agile/Scrum to new and existing cross-functional teams, including scaled Scrum frameworks (e.g. Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Kanban)
- Understanding of Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Payroll processes
- Big 4 Consulting experience as well as in-house positions
- Experience with global implementations
- Ability to travel if the need arises (less than 10% of the time)
- PMP Certification, Scrum Master Certification, proficiency in MS Project
