Job Summary/Description:
****, a *** Television station in Harrisonburg, Virginia has an im *** te opening for a Sales Assistant to handle a variety of administrative duties in support of the sales team. The right candidate will be a quick learner who is highly organized and an excellent communicator. The ability to meet timely deadlines will be critical.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Assist General Sales Manager, Digital Sales Manager, and National Sales Manager in order entry and maintenance
- Pull and provide detailed reports for management as well as sales staff and clients
- Daily management of inventory changes/program changes
- Assist as needed during political season, including uploading information to FCC website
- Support local sales team as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college or technical degree preferred
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Word
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service
