*** is looking for a skilled Senior Manager, Information Security Compliance who will join the Global Information and Content Security team that supports the organization globally across all US and international brands and divisions. As part of the GICS team, you will lead the PCI program globally and will collaborate with key business units and stakeholders to ensure security and compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements and other cybersecurity regulatory and policy requirements. This team concentrates on validating that critical processes and controls are functioning end-to-end, identifying risk areas and control mitigation, as well as participating in projects to understand and determine potential impact to regulatory compliance components. You will identify areas of improvement and non-compliance which may lead to process changes and/or new controls. The Information Security Compliance Senior Manager will drive various initiatives to completion and assist in managing and developing an effective Compliance Program. You will be accountable for a variety of functions centered on effective implementation of all the elements of a compliance program (project): compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, internal policies, and procedures, and accepted business practices.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Build, oversee, and evolve the Information Security Compliance strategy in the areas of: PCI, Data Security, Privacy, Swift, etc.
Lead and develop highly talented team members and security professionals.
Communicate status of security compliance efforts to executive leadership and management across technology disciplines.
Keep current with the latest security technology advances and evolving compliance requirements and propose innovations that may benefit the business.
Assist project team, key stakeholders, and management to prioritize security and compliance requirements and develop and maintain detailed project plans.

Perform analysis based on the testing results through observations and reports to identify system and process gaps reducing risk for WBD.

Conduct related ongoing security compliance monitoring activities in coordination with the organization's other compliance and operational assessment functions.

Collaboration

Accountable for providing leadership and management of Information Security Compliance team members and managing the effective delivery of those services to the company.

Responsible for establishing and tracking goals and strategic roadmap initiatives for various programs.
Stay abreast of existing and upcoming regulatory legislation to assess potential impact on the WBD compliance programs.
Make updates to the Unified Controls Framework (UCF) as agreed with other team members and relevant governance bodies.
Assist in the implementation of the Company GRC system, policies, standards, and processes.

Qualifications & Experience...

Ability to work a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite) out of our Atlanta office.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related technical field.
8+ or more years working in audit or compliance environments in a corporate or consulting capacity, with experience in a highly technical setting.
6+ years working in PCI regulatory assessments / requirements; previous PCI Qualified Security Assessor "QSA" certification required.
3+ years of team leadership experience.
Experience working with leading cloud providers AWS, Azure and GCP.
Experience defining certification/action plan roadmaps balancing compliance deliverables, business requirements, and resource allocation.
Relevant certification (CISA, PCIP, CISM, CISSP, etc.).

Manager, Domestic Distribution Finance

Reporting into Executive Director of Finance, the Manager, Domestic Distribution Finance is accountable for all aspects of FP&A responsibilities to support the team managing all planning processes of the US Distribution business. As a Sustainable Sourcing Manager - Supply Chain Packaging, you will play a critical role in driving our company's commitment to sustainability by identifying, evaluating, and engineering sustainable secondary and tertiary packaging solutions. You will evaluate existing packaging guidelines and define future improvements and standards.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement supply chain packaging strategies that align with our company's sustainability goals and objectives.
Identify and evaluate sustainable materials and suppliers that meet business objectives.
Collaborate with primary packaging engineers to optimize *** ween primary and secondary/tertiary packaging.
Create and approve technical drawings/die lines/Costing Mechanical Artwork (CMA), pallet and container load diagrams.
Strategically reduce supply chain packing to reduce GHG impacts.
Maintain working knowledge and perform ISTA testing.
Operate packaging lab equipment to support development and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into our development and sourcing processes.
Assist in tracking and reporting on our progress towards our sustainability goals.
Analyze trends and opportunities for solution longevity.
Conduct market research and stay up to date on sustainable sourcing developments to continuously improve cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience (5+ years) in Packaging Engineering, Structural Design, Supply Chain, Distribution Packaging and/or Production
High proficiency in industry-standard packaging engineering software and hardware, including Artios CAD, CAPE Pack, and Kongsberg.
Familiarity with industry certifications, standards, and regulations related to sustainable sourcing and environmental sustainability.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers based on transparency and mutual sustainability goals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset focused on achieving sustainability objectives.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Passion for sustainability and a deep commitment to reducing environmental impact through responsible sourcing practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or a related field.

Additional Information
The position is on-site in Kissimmee, Florida. The expectation is to be in-office 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Your Impact

The E-Commerce platform team develops a variety of tools for use by *** 's collection of publications and stations, as well as new prototypes of new and emerging commerce concepts. Our team works across the entire stack that supports marketplaces and other buying experiences across our *** sites. As these experiences grow, we are beginning to expand our advertising products to support commerce-specific experiences. These new products will be a hybrid of retail *** offerings common to retailers with traditional performance-based display advertising present in our retail *** offerings.

As a new organization beginning to scale our technical team, we are looking for experienced senior engineers who can assume responsibility for the design and implementation of our emerging ad-tech. Your role will be to partner with other engineers and product teams from within our organization and outside to help execute our technical strategy for a retail *** offering intended to reach every *** reader and shopper across all the platforms we publish content. We anticipate a hybrid of both internal and third-party services and are looking for technical experience capable of making thoughtful decisions and building scalable ad-tech solutions.

You will work closely with other engineers in the team building our new ad-tech products, and partner closely with multiple platform teams, as well as our data and analytics teams to ensure that we can use the entire spectrum of user interactions to improve the quality and relevancy of our products.

Since we are in the early stages of building our ad platform, you will be one of the founding members of the team, and you will have the opportunity to develop brand new components from scratch. Your hands-on coding will span developing prototype applications, as well as production code. An ardent desire to learn, work in ambiguously defined product areas, and partner with others is important.

Your Day-to-Day

Develop and maintain our scalable Ads platform, including the backend systems and their corresponding control panels across *** .
Implement new features in collaboration with our product and design teams using a combination of internally developed and third-party solutions.
Employ clean code, simple design, good documentation practices and write reusable and scalable libraries for use across other engineering teams as needed.
Integrate and use the right testing practices across different development and deployment stages.
Help audit and provide constructive criticism for designs and implementations and be open minded to receive feedback.
Partner with our operations teams to deploy and scale the services that we build.
Design and build with security in mind from the beginning and speak up for any security concerns.
Be willing to provide help for your colleagues and to ask for help when you need it.
Be both a mentor and a mentee for your peers and the extended engineering team at *** .

About you

6+ years of experience building scalable and highly available backend systems in one or more programming languages (at least one of Java, Python or NodeJS are required).
A knowledge of how to scale a small experiment (hundreds of concurrent users) to web-scale audiences (hundreds of thousands of concurrent users).
Excellent knowledge of monolithic and microser *** architecture, cloud-based solutions, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in developing them
In-depth knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, NoSQL, Graph databases and the ability to identify and rework database performance issues.
Knowledge of best practices for CI/CD, observability, and instrumentation in a complex microser *** environment.

Good to Have

Previous Ad-Tech development experience, specifically with one or more of the following - Developing programmatic ad tags; integrations with prebid, Google Ad Manager or any other ad servers; building and designing scalable ad serving systems; building attribution tags and scalable attribution endpoints; understanding of programmatic ad serving internals and workflows; design and build asset management and distribution systems including caching and CDNs; building or tuning AI-based targeting & recommender systems; experience with using CQEngine or Elastic Search for storing targeting data.
Practical understanding of AI tools, Machine Learning algorithms and NLP.
Experience with an at-scale (>$500MM GMV annually) E-commerce site (marketplace or retailer) that sells directly to consumers.
