What You Will Do

Develop, lead, and mentor crew while promoting company-wide standards and efficiencies
Participation in creative development and coordinating/partnering with local and government authorities responsible for legal code compliance, including safety, engineering, permitting, and ADA
Coordinate bid processes and vendor selections with contracts and procurement and manage vendor efforts including design development, construction
Interact with other party's fabrication, shipping, installation, and buy-off teams
Supports and consults on maintenance, design, and mounts of new shows

Required Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience working in a Technical Theater or Live Show Entertainment environment
Proven knowledge and understanding of the operation and artistic application of a variety of show systems and technology, including audio, special effects, puppets, lighting, show control systems, video, facilities, and rigging
Proven experience with facility design, engineering, and construction
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express creative ideas
Proven track record of supporting the creative process by collaborating with other designers, directors, producers, and writers
Highly motivated requiring minimal direction and follow-up
Strong computer, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated leadership, partnership, and strategic planning skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Communicate proactively with Globalization cross-functional teams to anticipate, identify, and fix linguistic, product, and subtitling issues related to the region.
Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders in regional offices (e.g. Marketing, PR, Social) for additional context and insights on high visibility titles and to define and i *** uence the best creative and linguistic approach for top priority content.
Facilitate collaboration *** ween internal stakeholders (in the region and in the US) and vendors, making sure the necessary resources have access to the relevant information, and advising on the best course of action regarding localization processes.
Collaborate closely with other Globalization Language Managers and internal stakeholders (e.g. Globalization Program Managers, Content Acquisition teams) to collect relevant cultural and linguistic information about *** South East Asian International Originals and support the localization effort in bringing this content to a global audience.

How you will make an impact:

The Senior Manager, Financial Systems, will be the strategic financial systems partner working with key finance and business customers, process owners, and technology partners, to support the *** Entertainment (DE) financial processes and systems associated with content licensing (i.e., revenue, billing, and amortization of content cost). This will include but is not limited to, partnering with the business to formulate system and process improvement options to address specific functional issues/requirements for the DE segment. This includes evaluating business goals and needs, current operational procedures and financial systems used to formulate and successfully implement the roadmap for finance and systems transformation into the future. This role will also lead medium to large projects in partnership with business clients, including new business integration, continuous improvements in systems and processes, and financial systems modernization efforts. The Senior Manager must partner with Controllership, Finance and Technology to manage and maintain responsibility throughout the project life cycle for financial and accounting related activities. This partnership ensures projects are coordinated to complement each other and tap into relationships where possible. They will also manage the ongoing Segment OTC support for system improvements and sustainment activities. This includes partnering with the businesses to gather requirements, manage overall testing of segment improvements and identifying segment specific impacts resulting from system changes/ enhancements.
