Our Team:

The *** Networks Communications team leads all aspects of the procurement, design and delivery of Telecommunication services for *** and its customers. We are responsible for Telecom Ser *** Provider relationships, designing, ordering, and supporting over 20,000 unique connections globally. Once installed, we support our existing connectivity through active management of Ser *** Providers when challenges arise. This includes leading escalation calls, design reviews, and having an understanding of domestic, submarine and terrestrial cable routes. We are also involved in Proof-of-Concept product and design testing with our Network Engineering team, the design and support of *** Data Centers, Invoice approvals, and Network audits.

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Telecoms Vendor Manager to handle our Telecommunications Ser *** Providers and daily implementations. You will be accountable for the full life cycle of the Telecommunications Implementation process including, pricing, design, order management, testing and ser *** improvement. You will also be the escalation resource for post implementation support, working closely with internal/external partners, assessing/understanding our clients' needs, adhering to project methodologies and effectively balancing/organizing resources. In addition to overseeing local access circuit delivery, you will need to have an understanding of the physical design, routing and diversity requirements required to build a resilient WAN network. You will be tendering and designing core connectivity to ensure network continuity is maintained in the event of multiple circuit outages. You will be part of a team working with peers across North/South America and our global offices.

Use your deep understanding of Telecommunication Carrier Networks and their various connectivity methods to conduct complex installations and conversions, collaborating regularly with our Telecom Vendors on all levels
Serve as the subject matter expert on all Telecommunication implementation and design questions, such as leading conference calls with internal/external customers

Experience with the following services: Voice (PRI/SIP/POTS), Dark Fiber, MPLS, Packet Switched Networks, Wavelengths, Cross Connects, Internet Peering and other industry emerging technologies
Vendor management experience. Managing vendor deliveries and setting clear expectations supported by SLAs & performance management
Strong customer focus and the ability to establish clear expectations through all methods of communication (email, phone, chat, etc.)

Experience with various types of relationships and the ability to communicate with senior leadership

The Global Streaming Platform organization is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Sports to join the Engagement Product team. You will be responsible for creating a product vision for how *** , NOW/WOW, Sky *** , and Showmax engage sports fans in the future by leveraging new technologies for emerging user needs. This role will focus on building usable, scalable, and delightful experiences around sports and live events more broadly as a vertical. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and ambitious initiative focused on creating the next generation of products for Sports fans.

In this role, you will:

Lead product strategy, roadmap and KPIs for sports and live events for connected TV, mobile and web applications
Collaborate closely with editorial, engineering and design teams to create the best real-time content experiences and scalable workflows
Deeply understand business considerations, competitive landscape, and best practices to drive optimal sports and live product experiences
Lead feature development through the full software lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, requirements, design, build, release, testing, evaluation and iteration
Create and deliver winning executive presentations that explain product vision, features and roadmaps and manage senior stakeholder expectations
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform feature prioritization, definition and longer-term product strategies
Create balanced, performant experiences that satisfy superfans without alienating casual consumers of sports and news

Qualifications

Proven track record of working on and developing innovative consumer-facing sports products
Comprehensive knowledge of sports including both US ( *** , NBA, *** ) and International (e.g. Premier League)
Vision to anticipate evolving consumption trends around sports and live event consumption
Experience leading end-to-end product development processes, from concept through retrospective, for both consumer-facing and back-end features
A strong ability to lead and inspire alignment to a shared vision and outcome
Empathy for the user and a curiosity for identifying their needs
Distinguished verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in A|B testing, data analysis and analytical thinking
Flexibility to quickly adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
Technical fluency to know when to challenge developers and ask pertinent questions
The product sense to thoughtfully balance beautiful design, usability and business outcomes
Collaborative spirit and a willingness to share product responsibilities and occasionally lead work streams outside of live event innovation space
Enthusiasm to be positive, confident and energetic

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in a relevant field

7-10 years working in a Product Management (or relevant) role, preferably in consumer-facing *** , and a track record of delivering excellent products at scale with measurable success
Familiarity with real-time content delivery and/or live/sports streaming experiences preferred
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis validation and user testing
Experience with multiple platforms (iOS, Android, *** , Roku) and domains (TV, Movies, Sports, News)
Fluency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana and Trello as well as analytics software
Ability and self-motivation to work effectively offsite and with remote, global, multi-lingual teams

Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Treasury Manager will join a team focused on providing cash management, forecasting, and oversight as well as identifying, developing, and implementing strategies for mitigating foreign exchange risk across all of *** Universal's portfolio of businesses including *** , *** , News and Destination and Experiences. The manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's forecasting capabilities and ensuring that treasury operations are efficient and aligned with the overall business objectives. The role will report directly to the VP, Treasury and lead a team managing treasury operations for the Americas.

The Treasury department is a dynamic and fast paced organization. As such, the successful candidate should be knowledgeable in liquidity management solutions, banking services and the current Treasury technology landscape. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who can collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company and external banking partners.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of cash operations and support for the Americas
Manage the company's cash and liquidity rolling forecast process which includes active engagement with business units, FP&A, Tax and Controllership to improve accuracy and reduce variances *** ween forecasts and actuals
Evaluate opportunities to optimize cash visibility and reporting, streamline processes through automation and enhance internal controls
Identify and implement banking solutions that support business objectives
Support foreign exchange trading activities and trade settlement processing
Actively participate in global finance transformation initiatives
Support tax group with annual FBAR filing
Prepare materials for internal and external auditors as requested
Lead special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury within a large multinational organization
Strong knowledge of banking services, working capital management, Treasury trends and technology systems
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling, project management and implementation experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management and customers
Must be comfortable with treasury-related topics with a constant eye on process improvement and creating efficiencies through technology

Desired Characteristics:

MBA, CTP or other professional designation a plus
Knowledge of *** industry a plus

Data Center Site Manager - NC

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver physically secure, high availability data center services through the use of modern platforms and facilitate open access to information for our Kings Mountain data center location. This role will manage the ser *** and performance of infrastructure and IT Equipment installations, moves, changes, decommission, repair and incident response for our clients .

The Data Center Site Manager will be the primary contact and is accountable for all data center services provided by Critical Facilities for the Kings Mountain location. This role will either manage, directly perform or act as the liaison to the appropriate teams to deliver all Critical Facilities Services; vendor management, mechanical, electrical, plumping (MEP) and fire-life-safety (FLS), physical security, Facilities Operations and Ser *** Delivery (FOSD), logistics (shipping, receiving & storage), eWaste, *** destruction and data center design consultation. The Data Center Site Manager will work with the rest of the Critical Facilities staff, clients, peer teams and work on
independent projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Enterprise Technology Customer Base and to Enterprise Technology team members by supporting deployments, technology evaluations, or other efforts requiring Critical Facility involvement.
Troubleshoot, document and process technical issues using the Enterprise Technology ticketing system.

Manage and directly perform on-call support and 1 hour on-site response for incidents or support issues, support for business continuity preparation, site "ride out" support for hurricanes and other threats, and damage assessments and recovery support.
Manage and directly perform data center design consultation (provide clarification, guidance, current processes, procedures and standard in support of data center design, engineering and operations.
Manage and directly perform training
Manage and directly perform assigned workflow tasks in order to provide timely turnaround to clients, timely resolution and/or escalation of client issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree of Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of data center support; knowledge & practical experience in data center infrastructure systems including, cabling, infrastructure and IT equipment installation and environmental monitoring.
Solid knowledge of data center infrastructure, operations, Data Center Infrastructure Management tools, IT equipment installation, general application and system support
Experience managing large project and department budgets

Preferred

Expert knowledge & practical experience in data center infrastructure systems including power, cooling, fire suppression, physical security, cabling, infrastructure and IT equipment installation and environmental monitoring.
