Job Requirements | Responsibilities
+ Must be local to Hill Country, Texas (Austin, San Antonio, and/or surrounding areas)
+ Must have prior build-producing experience on home renovation shows and be well-versed in construction
+ Work closely with and manage local general contractor, subs, and labor
+ Create construction calendar and track multiple simultaneous build projects
+ Some go-pro management with the camera team for time-lapse purposes
+ Serve as liaison between construction and production on a daily basis
+ Help story team develop construction projects
+ Work closely with the design team to implement
+ Track and report construction milestones, hiccups, and/or changes ahead of time to production
+ Help prep materials/labor for on-camera construction projects

StudioNow is looking for a contracted 3-month project manager for one of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires experience managing various client-facing initiatives and operational workflows simultaneously. This candidate should be a team contributor rooted in
creative process, ensuring end-to-end delivery of quality work that is on time and within project scope. Project work will include both global and local multi-channel communication campaigns for both B2B and B2A (Associate) audiences, including a wide variety of deliverables for video, print and digital.

Responsibilities
• Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s needs and expectations and translate into
creative terms/solutions for the team to digest and deliver.
• Drive and participate in brainstorms, kickoff, and follow-up meetings, and create
detailed Creative Briefs and statements of work (SOWs).
• Set-up and maintain projects within project management tracking
system (currently Smartsheet)
• Partner with the Leadership Team on project and resource plans, managing the team
calendar to ensure timely and adequate Traffic and staffing.

Seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Manager for a non-union show with extensive domestic travel.
This is a field position and will require travel. Project begins prep June 3 and is a long running project for the right candidate. Los Angeles applicant is preferred , but open to any qualified candidate even if not LA based.

Main Responsibilities:
Secure permits and location agreements
Coordinate crew and gear logistics

This is a key role to bridge the US team and the local UK team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing television production projects, particularly in the culinary genre in a studio setting.

Seeking a local Production Manager in Atlanta. The ideal candidate should have experience working on reality TV series, be a good communicator and have excellent logistical skills.

Looking for a Production Manager with strong office/admin experience to help out for a week or two with a busy production company that has too much going on at the moment.

Ideal candidate is well organize and a problem solver that takes initiative and always looks to improve processes and work flows. Someone great with Google Drive and knows their way around Excel/Google Sheets. Knows the docs and paperwork of production in and out and can work independently.

Job is short term for a week or two. Can be done remote, preference given to east coast/NYC based candidates as we are east coast based. Duties would include:

Corporate Brand Video team looking for an experienced Production Coordinator or Production Manager (ideally with experience in corporate video, marketing video, events or broadcast tv) for 1+ year contract beginning in June 2024 for maternity cover.

Position is London based and in person only. Please do not apply if you are not a UK resident, not local to London or require Visa sponsorship to work in the UK. Looking for a highly organised individual who is excellent at email communication, making and managing schedules, budgets, deadlines and client feedback, as well as processing invoicing, contracting crew, gathering film permits, etc. This is a hybrid role that will also require some broadcast studio backup work when needed - ie operating an autocue/teleprompter and assisting in studio shoots and on location shoots - for this training will be provided.

1+ year freelance contract with weekly rate ranging from 1500 - 2000 GBP. Working hours 9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri.
