Previous experience as an Office PA is helpful, but not required. Current Set PAs with a strong interest in growing into Production Management are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

Manage all client campaigns through the project lifecycle, including scoping projects and timelines, creating estimates, as well as managing budgets and work-back schedules. Facilitate consistent communication *** ween the agency's Creative, Project Management and Account Management teams, assuring the on-time delivery of all client campaigns to ensure they remain on-budget, on-time and on-quality (tactical).

The Project Manager works closely with vendors/contractors assigned to their campaigns, managing them within scope and budget, as well as assuring their elements are executed on-quality (tactical) and on-time in support of the overarching campaign deliverables. Qualifications

EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required. Preferred degree disciplines: Marketing, Communications, Marketing/Mass Communications, Advertising, Project Management, Business, Organizational Management, Graphic Design, Art Design
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS : Not required, however, PMP or any other Project Management certifications are a plus.
EXPERIENCE : 2+ years of experience in corporate environment with focus on developing marketing and advertising messaging strategies and overseeing tactical execution. Provide daily administrative support as required to the Production Manager and Director of Production.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in film, television, communications, marketing, management, or related field
Must have experience in live television, scheduling, production, or related field, preferably Production Coordinator experience.
Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and ability to rapidly prioritize daily tasks and administrative responsibilities.

Our Freelance Broadcast Engineer coordinates and maintains computer based and broadcast equipment. This individual supports live studio productions and all post production workflows.
